I was basically not told what to expect. First time here and I ask for one less shot. Barista fails to tell me I'm paying 3 dollars for this garbage. I got half of my drink and wasn't even informed on how this was going to happen until after. I'm sorry but if this is how you run your business this is awful. If I was told before it would have been fine, but you can't expect people to pay $3 for something they expect will be FULL and get half of it. Thats just lazy and unprofessional. We love having The Creamery within walking distance of our house! They sell coffees, smoothies, baked goods, and ice creams. They are all reasonable priced and there is never a long wait. The staff is always very friendly and has never messed up my order. There is a really nice inside seating area inside with plenty of tables, couches, and barstools. Our favorite area is the outdoor patio. They have tables and benches and hanging lights. It has always been clean (no trash on the tables and floors swept) and while there is only one bathroom, it is always well kept and well stocked. They also have a spot right out front to park your bike if you rode in from the bike path (which is only about a quarter mile away). read more

No one said a word to us when we walked in so we checked out the seating area, thought maybe we came in from the wrong side. Nope. Came back to the area with the food. Still nothing, so we left. A two star is probably being generous since we weren't even greeted or waited on but maybe since we weren't from the area they didn't bother ***Edit*** My daughter wanted to check it out this morning (Monday 5-25) so we drove back down. Just as many customers inside plus phone orders and one girl in her own. Greeted us as soon as we walked in and had us back out in probably 10-15 minutes. She did great!! Hard to believe that I could be completely ignored TWICE. This morning I entered this establishment to order a small coffee to go. The cashier did not acknowledge me. She Took the orders of the two customers ahead of me, but never said hello or welcome or I'll be right with you. I left and came back. Same thing. There were two females working. One was a "barrista" who asked customers to move out of the way so she could see what ingredients were listed in the special of the day shown on the wall. The other was the cashier, but spent all her time prepping the syrups and other ingredients for the orders. No one made eye contact. I'd like to believe this is a training issue and will mot believe it is related to my skin color. read more
