This is a great local business. I had a growing permanent puddle from a defective sprinkler head in an extensive underground metal pipe sprinkler system from the 1950s. (NE Seattle) The fixer-upper house is mostly vacant, but the water bill passed $400 and I had already turned off what I thought was the main sprinkler valve, to no avail. Oct 1st, I called the top 5 sprinkler repair companies obtained from NextDoor : 1st works Eastside exclusively now ; 2nd and 3rd were busy winterizing - no openings til mid-November ; 4th was busy winterizing but could come out Oct 4th ; and 5th was Heath Landscape who said the owner could swing by after work Oct 2nd. I arranged for Heath to come by. Don, the owner, was very nice, kind, patient, and methodical. He explained everything, educated me; followed lines, searched for additional valves, tried one he found but no change, then located a valve on the ceiling of the attached garage, which, thankfully, ended it. He also dug a hole around the offending sprinkler head, watched it during troubleshooting, and waited to make sure water was no longer filling it before he left. He said he would return in a couple of days to follow up -- he's going to replace the damaged sprinkler head. I will definitely use them in the future, and I highly recommend them. read more
