Similar to another review I asked them to only come every other week but they came more frequently and charged me. They don't let you know that they are coming or say hi when they are there so it's hard to know when they've been. I'm pretty sure multiple visits were charged that never took place at all .. but then it's hard to know for sure because of the lack of communication. I was pressured -- called on evenings and weekends -- demanding immediate payment of invoices that had never been sent to me. Legal threats as well if I did not pay inaccurate, overblown invoices. I found it worth paying simply to have no future interactions. When I pointed out the issues with timing and bulked up invoices I got a bunch of blame thrown in my face. I recommend you hire basically anybody else -- the many one star reviews across multiple platforms are well warranted.

It has a nice parking area, but smaller than the other two. Still found a nice spot. Inside, the greeters were friendly and explained the layout. Again unlike the other two, North had a weight room separate from the weight machines. It was interesting to see a large area dedicated to dumbbells and barbell presses. The other, larger area had nice windows and the pulley machines. I found it a great place to workout and though it was Saturday, not too busy. They have a lot of machines. I do wish the weight room had some more ventilation. I'll be back soon and check out the pool!

Decades ago my younger son took gymnastic classes there. My husband has used their pool for Scuba trip prep swims to test out their equipment. Also my kids and many of their friends had birthday party events there in the 80s. A friend of mine invited me to stop in and try out their fitness classes for seniors. The program is free to us, though most of the participants have some form of support from their medicare supplement policy (Silver Sneakers membership) and I assume that benefit supports the program financially. Nothing is ever "free" in the sense that it is just like being out in nature. There is a large building and many staff to support. All the staff we met in the process of signing up and get information on programs were very pleasant, efficient and supportive. The teacher of the class was a very positive and talented young woman who clearly understood her participants very well. The music was such fun. Some was the a similar play list to what I had in classes in the late 80s & early 90s, when I last took an indoor fitness program at other locations under the Jazzercize label. Many disco dance songs, new in that era, retro classics now. Also some pop songs of the 60s for some of us and cool down relaxing folk and ballads focus too. I was surprised yet pleased to hear Joan Baez "Diamonds and Rust" unique to a class like this I think. Parking is a bit complicated at the center, as the lot out front has very small spaces and is filled quite early in the day, but there is more room along the sides with slightly larger spaces and now that we know that, we will try there first next week.

Over-did simple repairs that had much simpler and less expensive solutions. This year half way opened our pool, never got it fully up and running, and never came back. Had to find a new service, didn't get to use our pool for first part of the season. Installed a new heater at the end of last summer (we hoped to extend the season), promptly broke the electronics by mis-wiring it, then promised many times to get it fixed, and almost a year later it is not working and we are stuck finding someone else to try to get it working...spending more money.

The product selection is solid, but what really stood out is the level of customer service. It's rare these days to find retail staff who go above and beyond, and these two certainly did (even humoring me as I reminisced about my own time working in retail). As a funny side note, I even got the chance to chase after a customer and his dog after he accidentally left a dog bone behind at the counter.
