I have contacted an engineer and his initial review is that the pool has major structural issues steming from the installation. The owner is in the process of filing a lawsuit against this company. Employees lie to owner about how long they were here and what they were doing. Lost all the screws they took out during demo & walked off the job because they "couldn't make me happy" or they didn't want to do a decent job. Found a much better company at half the price. Blessing they walked off the job. Look at their reviews only good reviews are for the store front. Anyone who gets a liner replacement from them will be sorry in a few months when it starts linking.

When I called Scott didn't want to deal with the issue whatsoever and kept going around it. He then told me with an I-don't-really-care tone that he was going to leave the office for the day and was going to get off the phone. That's when I actually hung up because I was so frustrated. What type of business owner doesn't solve the problem or offer a solution before getting off the phone, leaving their customer totally wondering what to do? When I was in again right after my purchase in November a person came in to complain about his hot tub cover destruction after a short time of owning it and I noticed that Scott was pretty rude to him. I remember getting in my car and telling my daughter "I wonder if that's how he treats his customers "after" the sale". Well sure enough it is! Just know if you shop here you will get zero customer service after. Terrible for repeat or referral business. Reaching out direct to the hot tub company next to see if they can help, and will let them know about this vendor offering terrible follow up customer service with their product.

Tiffany was wonderful to work with and so helpful with scheduling and making sure I was prepared for everything I needed to know for the move day. Joe, Eric, Mitch, and Andrew were the move team and were incredible! They were very knowledgable and careful with my tub. They made sure they got it exactly where I wanted it and left it clean and in perfect condition. It seems like this would be included in the contract. At times it seems like the project is going quickly, but things can really slow down as summer hits so be prepared for several months. A nice guy that knows pools, but although the contract says change orders must be approved in writing, they never were-- I just got bills. Insist upfront that you won't pay for anything that isn't agreed to in writing in advance.
