The tech and his partner, wife maybe came out poked around a bit and told us they could not do anything unless there was water in the hottub but sent us an estimate anyway for 12k to replace motors, fix the leak, etc. We told them we decided to go another direction and they sent us a bill for $600 for EDUCATING and EVALUATING our system.
