After it was taken over by weeds and dug up by our schnauzer a few too many times, it was time to do it right. Cody came out for an estimate and design consultation. He is such a great guy who explains how it all works, gives you a reasonable number of options (helpful for me to not have information overload), and gets things moving. And for the work itself, these guys work hard and nonstop when the job begins. They show up on time and work full speed from morning until evening to get the job done. They build the patios in ways that work for Colorado weather, and they actually specialize in pavers, instead of a landscape company that doesn't do these types of patios nonstop. Paver patios are not cheap, but they're also not something you should do on your own unless you absolutely know what you're doing. If you're looking at redoing your outdoor space or patio, you should absolutely give these guys a look.

Our assigned project manager, Jeremy, was friendly and very professional, had insurance and license info ready at hand when asked, produced a reasonable quote, and did great follow up. The work crew, Freddy and Rigo, were absolutely fabulous.... Neatly and properly dressed, super courtesy while quietly working with the least amount of noise possible, never yelling or blasting music or slamming things around, and they were industrious throughout the day despite the 100 degree heat. These guys were very respectful of the property, demonstrated attention to detail in their work: measuring twice, using levels to make the wall perfect, were careful when moving equipment and product, and when using tools/machinery. They also cleaned up the job site... cleaner than when they first arrived! They didn't damage any plants, and left not a trace of their presence. With other companies and contractors, I have found water bottle caps, candy wrappers, cigarette butts, trampled flowers, bark kicked out on sidewalks, manufacturer stickers/labels laying around from products used or installed, nails or stains left on various surfaces; but this crew of Little Guy Pavers was just the opposite, and just excellent! When confronted about it, they denied anything and then slammed me for not knowing anything about the work that was done... when I spoke about litigation, they offered to come fix things but I was specifically told by a reputable landscaping professional to not let them touch anything else. They even used our pictures online and spoke poorly of us whilst doing so. I paid someone to have the whole thing fixed, and wish I didn't give them a dime. It was so bad Yelp even refunded us some money due to all of the pictures and terrible work product I provided in the end. You've been warned.

So, a few weeks later, I reached out again - no reply. Same thing a few weeks later. It's a shame - seems like they do good work and we would have liked to work with them. Edit: The business replied with totally inaccurate information. I put out a call for weeding. The next day, I got a "quote" of $65/hour so I said it sounded great and would be happy to have them come look at the scope and start work. No reply. About 18 days later, I asked if they were still interested in doing the job. No reply. So if this is how they tell you they've decided not to work with you, it's not an awesome communication method. Hopefully others have better luck connecting with them to get work completed.

This past June however, he was scheduled to take care of my lawn, as he did in the previous years, but was a no-show. I text him about the absence and he blamed a new hire and promised he would take care of it first thing Monday. Monday rolls around and nothing. Several text messages later and still nothing. I had to pay my house-sitters to mow, which wasn't something they signed up for but were willing to help with. They were not the most suited for the task, but what can you do. Disappointed.
