We showed up for our scheduled appointment and were told we would not be attended. Stunned, we reacted politely and attempted to reschedule. That was also rebuffed. We were sent away from a scheduled appointment for a paid service with no attention and no future appointment, and after we were told to wait because they were behind schedule. In total we wasted over an hour between a round trip to the office and the wait, only to be told we would not be attended to and that they could not reschedule us either because the technician was "over it," "didn't want to deal with it" and we "didn't get the hearing aids from (her)." I did not insult her, raise my voice or protest, we were leaving quietly and she said "you can complain about me all you want; I just don't want to deal with it." "It" was a roughly 15 minute tuneup of a pair hearing aids, which we specified in advance but she obviously did not bother reading. We came on time for a scheduled appointment for a paid service. We had come in for several appointments over the past three years, and while we purchased components we had never bought hearing aids there. The bottom line is that this woman was thinking about her vacation and her retirement and didn't give two shakes about our time, our business or our needs. My wife is a very sweet young woman who has been through being displaced from her home country and losing half her hearing before age 25. She did not need some crotchety old lady telling her that she and her health did not matter.

She very easily could have Said, "Come back Tomorrow. " Miss Nuggent pointed Out cleary how to clean my hearing devices. Also, she took the Initiative to offer to clean them utilizing her Thirty years of experience in her field. She didn't try to upsell me on a new pair, which i appreciated.     I was referred to this business through my insurance. Once in the office I was encouraged to use…read moretheir preferred hearing aid solution and get better care than what the insurance would provide. Once I received my hearing aids, there was very minimal instruction as to use and maintainance at the time of acceptance. My right hearing aid has been problematic at least 3 times in the first year. This resulted in only office staff adjustments per their experts. Just over 1 year of use my right hearing aid quit working or charging. I brought both hearing aids and charger to be checked out. No log in of equipment or signage of release. 1- 1/2 weeks later I phoned for an update. Very rudely the receptionist, Charlene, informed me "I told you I will get back to you when it is ready!" I also asked to speak with her supervisor. Charlene said "Lilly" is rarely in the office and was very busy with meetings. I requested she have "Lilly" call me. After 3 weeks I am still waiting. They offer "loaner" hearing aids with a charger when available. They thought the left hearing aid and charger that they gave me were mine--but they were not even the same color! The loaners did not work so I returned them the next day. No log or signage upon return either. 4-5 days later I showed up to office very frustrated. A MIRACLE--they had my right hearing aid! No left one and offered me a NEW charger since they couldn't locate mine. At 3 weeks+ I am still waiting for them to locate and return my left hearing aid!! I am also still waiting for "Lilly" to find 5 minutes in her extremely busy schedule to call me back! For the high cost expended for these hearing aids, one would expect better quality and service from this office.
