I made and appointment and on the say of my appointment, the wait time for me to be called was short. While I was waiting, the receptionist even had to deal with a cantankerous man trying to con them out of getting free batteries for his hearing aid. He was difficult. Certainly one of those situation where many receptionists may lose their patience. The way the receptionist handled that situation was quite masterful in customer service; polite and respectful but not letting him get away with that.

If someone has coverage for hearing aids, everything should be done accordingly so the person can afford to get the necessary care that he or she needs.

These were specially molded for each employee. My ears did not do well with them. We worked 4 -12 hour shifts. My ears would weep daily. On my days off, I'd try to soothe them.
