No call Monday called them today Tuesday with much higher blood pressure and they said they pass it through seeing I have an appointment in two days. Called cvs and nothing has been placed. Called them back and they said they can't prescribe me anything. They dont care and dont try to take care of situations that is life threatening. Will not spend another dollar there again. 5 stars for my doctor, the staff and receptionists, and the facility/logistics itself. It is truly…read morerare that a doctor's office (including staff) are all sublime and provide such a great experience! Let me go through each of the following: +Dr. Shah: Dr. Shah is really cool; he introduced himself to me as Dr. Jay, and we are from the same home town, age, and have a similar life background in terms of moving around from the Bay to LA! It was great having that rapport since it was my first time meeting him. But most of all, the best thing was that he ordered multiple tests to help me get to the bottom of my abdominal issues that I have been struggling with for more than half my life! After going to the ER a few times and finding nothing major in my CT scan, I was worried he would dismiss my stomach issues, BUT he did the opposite thing and helped me with diagnosing multiple potential problems. I REALLY APPRECIATE IT!! I feel like I can breathe a sigh of relief and finally get to the root cause of all my abdominal issues! This has not been the case with previous providers...(hence why I switched). THANKS, DR. SHAH! Oh also, Dr. Shah is funny; he made a funny joke on his business card lol. He also was able to take a look at my ankle as I know his expertise is also in sports medicine! He gave me detailed information on stretches to do for my ankle and also some resistance bands. WOW! THANK YOU! Going above and beyond - totally didn't expect that! He also did not rush me and answered all my questions. +Staff/Receptionists: I truly believe it is rare that if you leave a voicemail/message for the receptionists at a doctor's office, that you would receive a call back. Not only do I receive a call back each time, IT IS WITHIN THE SAME DAY! That is WONDERFUL! Keep up the amazing job!! It means so much to be called back; I almost couldn't believe it when I picked up the phone. The young lady who met with me before Dr. Shah was also very friendly and made small talk with me. +Facility & Appointment Logistics: The facility is nice; I think it's probably just a few years old. I experienced no wait (I was even seen EARLY). WOW. Everything was prompt, efficient, and thoroughly explained! I also appreciated how I received discharge papers with such details documented and on my labwork, there were even specific instructions on what I should avoid taking before the bloodwork. I was also told in detail about fasting. My previous provider did not do that! Overall, it has been a wonderful experience so far with this provider and clinic! I am so happy because it is very close to where I live too. Feels like a dream come true to finally have a great doctor and experience with a physician's office! I highly recommend this clinic and doctor. The location is nice also (it's diagonal from a yummy Thai place - see my other Yelp review if you're curious!)

It's my first time here, I try to get to the location and due to some insurance mishaps my appt location and time had been changed a few times. I arrived to the Crossroads location and quickly found out I arrived to the wrong one. Rushed over and even CALLED the front desk to let them know I was arriving late as a courtesy. As I walk in the front girl screening the appt just started repeating over and over how I was late and the tone was just annoyed right off the bat. Even another lady trying to come in was given attitude so quick too, but watched her as she picked and chose who to be nice to when walking in and out. ON TOP OF HAVING A WHOLE CONVERSATION ON HER CELLPHONE IN THE LOBBY out loud in front of us. Luckily they took me. Accepted my insurance and payment, the girls behind the window were a little nicer at least. The back office staff , especially the girl that took me back was much more pleasant. The conversation was there and the overall vibe was better from her. Finally seen Dr Baez. Super pleasant. Still took me in for my rather short 5 min visit and I was very satisfied. Point being, you can tell when you enjoy your job and when you don't. People can too.

Anytime I have to call them on the phone or when I see them at the clinic, they always welcome me with a warm greeting and genuine concern for what I need. When I'm out of my prescriptions and need a refill, I call on the phone and speak with Maria. Most doctors would have you come in to see you just to get that extra fee, even if you've just seen them recently. But less than a minute on the phone and 5 minutes later, my refills have been requested and sent to the pharmacy. Thank you to Dr. Narvasa, Maria and her wonderful staff for making me feel like family when visiting the clinic and making a call to request for refills. I know I've called more than my fair share for requests. Not only do I feel like I'm getting the best care, but I see that the doctor always keeps up to date on the latest medicine as she goes to conventions and seminars. If there's a new medicine out there that would be better for me, she'll definitely let me know. If you're looking for a new PCP, make sure to visit Dr. Narvasa!

She told me to scan the QR code posted up front to fill out all my info. Surprisingly it didn't take long. They also had free wi-fi so that helped a lot. Right after completion, I was again impressed of how fast I was taken in, literally 2 minutes after I finished my intake forms. After taking my vitals, I was taken to an exam room, everything is brand new and it's super clean. Immediately after the PA came in. He was friendly, thorough and to the point. My prescription was sent right away to my local pharmacy and given all my postcare info. I was in and out of there in less than 30 min. I love that, easy no stress visit, and got what I needed, this is perfect for busy people or in a time crunch. They just opened April 1st so probably not a lot of people know about this place yet. I live right by here, so I knew about it before they opened. After a few days I got an automated follow up text to see how I was doing. I thought I was ok but a few days after my condition got worse so I returned after 6 days. Same easy check in. Different front office staff from the first visit, but same friendly greeting upon arrival and exit. I did observe only 1 other patient in the waiting room for both visits. Lucky me! This second visit (on a Sunday afternoon) I was even more impressed and happy because my PA was very knowledge, thorough and very personable. My appointment was a bit longer this time, and she asked my permission for ai transcription as she spoke all her findings out loud. I'm wondering why the last PA didn't do that. But not complaining. Usually urgent cares are quick and to the point, no small talk so I'm used to that. But I really felt like everything was addressed in a compassionate, caring, very thorough way with my PA today. I could tell she's highly experienced. Her examination was even better and more thorough than some of my other specialty doctors I see! Her name is Monica Williams. I know providers are all different, but overall so far my experiences here get better every visit. Trust me, I'm immunocompromised so I'm a regular at these places!

RIDICULOUS. EKG only took 10 minutes. The same MA who took her EKG came in to do the blood draw right after but he couldn't find her vein (it's ok I understand her vein is hard to find). He then told me to wait while he called the doctor. 15-20minutes passed so I opened the door to ask and he stated she'll be back in about 5 minutes or so. So I waited another 10 minutes and I asked this time, "Did she go on lunch break?" "Uhm yeah she did." "It's now 1:38pm and I've been waiting for half an hr for you to fetch the doctor only for you to realize that she went for lunch without your knowledge??" In the end, the doctor said "Oh, I don't do blood draws." "Ok, you could've told me sooner so I could go to another facility to finish the blood draw instead of waiting here with no directions." MA said "Sorry you can blame it on me I didn't make it clear." I said "No it's not your problem, and you shouldn't be sorry. The problem was the doctor left thinking you'd successfully draw blood and the lab results will be in within 2-3 days." Note to the doctor on site: You can't just leave for lunch when you still have a patient half seen. In my case, you should've waited for the MA to be done with the blood draw before you take your break. This is not acceptable. Either you close the clinic for lunch or if there's another doctor on site, switch off between lunch breaks. Note to the staff/MAs: Thank you for helping as much as you could under what your license allows you to do.
