Nakata Consulting is an essential piece of my business life!!…read more But for the rest of this review let's just be on a first name basis and talk about Joe. I would have probably given up the whole self employed business long ago if not for Joe. I found Joe through some other colleagues in the Boston photography network years ago. I'll admit I was more than clueless about how to keep my bookkeeping organized and he took me under his wing, took the chaos and made sense of it all. Now I do most of the bookkeeping on my own and he gives it a look once a month to make sure I'm on track. In a "teach a man to fish...." sort of a way. Monthly, quarterly and annual taxes are a breeze now and I can confidently make business purchases and know the overall health of the business. If you're a small business (he has a keen knowledge of the photography business - take a look at his client list!! http://www.nakataconsulting.org/links.php ), but also for restaurants, etc... He'll do your sales taxes, bookkeeping, consulting and all at reasonable rates. I've referred him to friends (non-business owners) as well and he'll definitely take care of you. So walk right past H&R Block and call Joe!

The pivotal point of attending a three-day seminar with Dianne Durkin as part of my MBA studies at…read morePlymouth State University, was realizing I was not what I perceived myself to be as a supervisor. I took the class because I needed to learn how to deal with two employees who were having performance issues - the seminar provided me with concrete, results-driven management style directions and made me realize that my management was as much a problem as my staff. "The class ended on Sunday - and by Tuesday I had the HR escort those two employees out of the building. The change has been tremendous in this 271-bed hospital which provides both in and out-patient services -- it is paradise here now. The internal change within me as a supervisor has changed everything around me. The staff takes me more seriously because I have established authority. I am respected - and employees respect each other. This has transformed the workplace to a 100 percent positive workplace - free of any negative behaviors.

It was very hard to get any work done. We were referred to NimbleNet by word of mouth. Thank the good lord. Steve was great! He was easy to get in touch with and would always return our phone calls promptly. He did the work in a timely manner as he knew we needed the computer for the front office to run smoothly. When he finished, it was like getting back a new computer. It was amazing. He even made sure that our printer was working properly with the new setup. He also followed up several times to make sure everything was running smoothly. He even suggested some other services he could do for us so that the rest of the office will run as well as the front desk does. We will definitely take him up on those services! Highly recommend Steve and NimbleNet for anything that has to do with a computer!
