Easy to find and parking was not an issue, even with the lot shared with a car wash. The helmet…read morewall looks impressive, but the real issue is actual in-stock inventory. I came in expecting this shop to stand out by having common sizes ready to buy that day, but almost every helmet I wanted to try was not available in a medium, and the same thing happened with riding gear in common sizes. The inventory screen on the wall was a cool idea, but it felt more gimmicky than useful because it was not very intuitive and did not even bring up a keyboard when trying to search. I ended up needing an employee anyway. Once someone finally came over, he was helpful, answered questions, and helped me confirm sizing. The bigger problem was the store experience. Three employees were behind the counter when I walked in and no one greeted me. The motocross gear section was also messy, with random sizes and colors mixed together, and multiple items falling off hangers just from touching them. The dressing room was also weak: no mirror and not much privacy. Overall, decent visit, but not enough to bring me back. This place has potential, but service, organization, and better stock in common sizes would make a big difference.

Didn't want to settle for a color I didn't want and would ultimately end up changing anyway which would cost me more money. Anyway, why the 1 star review? I walked in this morning and spoke to Dwayne, one of the salespeople (or manager?). Extremely dismissive, short, rude, and clearly very uninterested in engaging with a serious buyer. Seems like attitude is an issue here based on previous reviews. All good though! He told me to basically kick rocks and go back to Bert's so I did exactly that! Not even an hour later after speaking with Dwayne I purchased my Ninja 500 at a steal of a deal over at Bert's. Bro's KPIs and metrics must be SOLID this month to let a sale walk out at the last day of the month. This was my second time at Bert's and both experiences were awesome. Lots of toys to look at, awesome pricing, and more importantly, excellent and friendly service the moment you walk in. This would've been my go-to place if I ever needed service or parts, but I'd rather ride/drive elsewhere than put up with the bullshit here. Oh, and if you hate your job bro, try doing something else. Don't get mad that you have to do your job when customers walk in. You're literally in sales/retail.

From the start, Larry was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive. I came in looking at a Triumph Bonneville Bobber, but the timing just wasn't right on my first visit. What really stood out was that Larry never pressured me into making a decision. He walked me through all the numbers, explained everything clearly, and made sure I actually understood what I'd be getting into financially and practically. When I came back a second time, Larry picked up right where we left off. He helped me finally get the bike, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He also gave me a full walk-through of the Bobber, breaking down all the features and making sure I felt confident before riding off. On top of that, he gave great advice on riding and gear, helped me understand how motorcycle insurance works, and even showed me where to go for service, who to talk to, and where to find parts for my bike. Larry's not just trying to sell bikes, he's helping build riders. Can't recommend him enough. If you're new to riding or just want someone who truly knows their stuff and cares, Larry's your guy.
