My van was dead of course on one of the hottest days of the year in a Costco gas station. I called one company and was told an hour to two. I called Heartbreak and they had a truck out in less than 20 minutes. Bob was the driver and couldn't have been nicer and more professional. Before he towed it I asked him if he could try to give it a jump. I thought for sure it was the starter but wanted to see anyway. He did, cleaned off the battery posts and got it started. I was on my way but before I left he told me, rightly so, don't turn this off and get to a place for a new battery right away. I'll keep their name and number in my phone from now on. read more

Life savers! It was cold and rainy. Bobby(?) sent the big fancy truck brand new with all the bells and whistles and heat blowing full blast to warm us in the cab while the tech mechanic readied our hybrid on his flatbed. Super deluxe. Towed our car 4/06/23 after being rear ended by another Illinois driver...so, we called the tower and they were more then happy to help with questions and gave us information, concerning the car. After a non-observant driver ran into the side of my car as I went through an intersection in Bolingbrook, Heartbreak Towing arrived on the scene to remove the mangled remains of my beloved vehicle and they did everything BUT break my heart any further.
