And so I said, okay, and then I get home from work and there's a sorry we missed you tag. So now there's twice 2 times they didn't call me beforehand or let me know when they were coming to my house or when we're close.So it's really disappointing and lazy behavior like you can't call a person.So this is twice now that I haven't gotten my order, and I have to wait a third time for somebody probably to not call me, I've called the manager and left a message twice.Nobody calls me nobody from that company ever calls me, I always call them. This is beyond frustrating.

We have had two purchase experiences with this store. The staff is not properly trained, they do…read morenot know their merchandise. It seems that management is pushing for sales for items on the floor, rather than working with the customer to find the right product for the individual. Also, deceptive business practices. We purchased a lift chair for a 100 year-old with a tiny frame 4' 11", 106 lbs. We were concerned the chair might be too big for her. The sales person assured us, if the chair did not suit her needs, that the items were fully refundable within 7 days of purchase. This is also stated on the bill of sale. The chair was delivered with a swivel tray two days later, it was far to big and also had some minor damage on the leatherlike fabric and the tray was inappropriate for a chair, it was made for a bed. The delivery people took both items back and said we would be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee. We were never told of this fee, there is no signage in the store re this, and the bill of sale makes no mention of a restocking fee, it only mentions the 7 day return policy. I called American Express to see if the credit had come through - it had not. I went to the store 7 days after the items were returned and discovered no effort had been made to refund us. I was able to get a refund less 10% restocking. The sales person did not know how to do the refund and made numerous mistakes which were in favor to the store in the amount of $600.00. I had to use a calculator and check everything she was doing to make sure the amount was correct. We have reported the store to California Department of Consumer Affiars, the California Attorney General's Office, and will contest the restocking charge with American Express. We have asked the CA Dept of Consumer Affairs and the CA Attorney General's Office to require the store to disclose, in writing, and with signage, of the 20% restocking fee.
