So now there's twice 2 times they didn't call me beforehand or let me know when they were coming to my house or when we're close.So it's really disappointing and lazy behavior like you can't call a person.So this is twice now that I haven't gotten my order, and I have to wait a third time for somebody probably to not call me, I've called the manager and left a message twice.Nobody calls me nobody from that company ever calls me, I always call them. Owens was once a household name being by far the most professional pharmaceutical supplier to the community and they knew their jobs and were so personable that they knew many of us by name and looked out for our individual wellbeing going above and beyond with their dedication and compassion to their customers needing education or explanations about side effects or possible contraindications that may have been overlooked. With control medications if the manufacturer failed to deliver a pharmaceutical order on time and the full prescription couldn't be processed it was common practice for the pharmacist to loan me enough medication for the weekend and the remainder would be available the next business day. It was extremely professional personal service possibly because of the unusually large number of toxic medications I received each month being predicators of my scars and terminal illnesses. Whatever, that was then and this is now. The dishonorable act that occurred need be addressed by the corporation and a formal apology should be given

But not give into looking like medical shoes. He's very patient and it the shoes don't fill comfortable he will return them for a different size or even a different style. I stood in line for 25 min with 1 person in front of me. I finally was able to ask for the meds. The tech said " they are not all ready yet" she asked if I wanted to stay..... I explained that wouldn't work and to give me the ones that were ready. Then she told me that none were ready. WTH. When I tried to tell her that the system is sending text messages out to pick up prescriptions when in fact its not ready. Seemed like a tech issue. But then she got snappy with me. Rude and slow.
