They could improve visibility of products and product labels, have staff that has at least an elementary school education and knows how to do math ( or just even let the computer do it for them), and a staff who has somewhat of an education of their products. Improve on their business location as far as safety goes, my friend just opened the door and received a large blood blister on her hand from the panic bar on the exit door (which we couldn't find fast enough). And make the place look a lot less seedy from the outside Another horrible location just like red bluff. Definitely will not return read more

Don't make a delivery order. You won't get it and they won't even call you to let you know. save your money for a dispensary that gives a sh*t. read more

Have had no issues since that one day. I believe they read this and enforced a policy. So thankful! read more

So quick story, placed an order, (not our first) at about 3:15pm email says processing, second email says staging order.... Than nothing until I call at 6:30 only to be told the delivery had been cancelled. O well? Than I have my room mate order and he added some gummies to than we would be over the amount required for delivery...... nope! This time at least we get a call and it's stated that the deliveries are messed up and we will receive delivery ..... tomorrow. It's well after 7pm at this post by and I can not even make it to the store at this point. Thanks NugX.... Real disappointing! Ps, supervisor on duty gave a weak apology about "new system" "short staffed" (apparently to short staffed to call) anyway will be awhile before I do business with this place again. read more

Nug X Sundial - Redding - Cannabis Collective Near Me - Redding, California

See all

Was given the wrong cartridge at the time of purchase. Didn't catch it until I got home. Went back in to return the cartridge and they wouldn't because it had already been opened. Even though it was hem that gave me the wrong item. Unwilling to help correct the problem. Not cool. read more

Super kind bystanders that really know their products will help you. Great selections of products. No mean people

I spend a lot of money here. Unfortunately they've lost my business. Ordered at noon was told it would be out for delivery soon. Never showed up. No notification nothing. I called the next morning and they basically said they can't handle their business and suck. Assistant manager needs to do better. Go elsewhere. Plenty of choices in good ol Shasta county. They deliver within a few hours and have much better customer service. read more

Super close to home! AMAZING STAFF! Specials abound AND you can earn reward points! The staff is eager to help you find exactly what you want and so genuinely friendly. Order in advance for pickup and delivery, and a clear menu. I will never stray again!! Unless you're closed. read more

Just want to take a moment to give a shout out to my friends - from the security to the GM in the back working the orders I would recommend this location over the other one first! Why? Because they all take pride in their products & give a homey respectful presence when you're there! They'll remember you, like they did I. My boy the bud tender Jerry will help you find exactly what you're looking for! Make sure to tell him I referred you for a big smile! Best place for lowest prices & dankest widest selections read more

staff is very helpfull great selection and price very clean i have been to many 420 stores in Shasta Couny by far and Nug X is the best read more

Great customer service and extremely knowledgeable. The bud tender taught me several things and I also was able to share some knowledge and all around good conversation and experience. read more

Terrible delivery times 2+ hour wait up to 3+ hours. Guess they go out only a couple times a day

My new favorite shop and back in Redding!! Love that they do promos each week and always have my Stiiizys well stocked in variety and price. Plenty of options for all budgets. read more

Would give no stars if I could. Pete is an asshole. Ordered a Stiiizy and a cart and when I got it it didn't even work and there was nothing they would do for me besides make me drive an hour to go get a different one. I'm pissed and wasted 50$. Do not recommend read more

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Great products. Love it here and will be a returning customer!

I worked here for almost a year, and even after being gone I still shop here. They have the best prices in town, and the staff feels like family. Thank you guys for all the memories, hard work, and love you gave. I'll never forget it read more

Had a terrible experience working with Chelsea yesterday. Every question I had yesterday was replied in a rude tone as if I was asking an outlandish question. I have never had a young lady be so bad mannered in my life. I never consumed Cannabis before and was just wanted to know what was the best fit for me. Will take my business elsewhere, this lady was a jerk. Thanks read more

In a weird location and not off I-5. Only been here three times and all experiences were good. One vape cartridge didn't work out of the package and they replaced it right away. Only 3 stars for location read more

Love this spot! Employees are wonderful and the prices are beyond fair! The selection shows the best of the CA rec market available!

I came down from Canada just to try these Cali terps, eh. I cant believe all the flack, the people here were amazing and you can literally google prices to see they have the cheapest. The maple strains were my fav. read more

Everyone is very friendly and super helpful. Always a great experience, plus their prices are amazing!!

I'll go to sundial collective, but never back to this place. Both times that I have been in there I have been treated poorly. I am usually always a go with the flow person, but to walk in there and feel like your business is a disruption is not a way to get customers back! read more

The guy with the dreds you definitely need to learn how to speak to people and how not to speak to them. I would say perhaps the owner should have a talk with you but apparently she's not much better. There are lots of other places to go and you should never underestimate the power of the people to do just that. read more

This place is very friendly and staff is great, but their products are too pricy and a majority of it was either harvested early or sun bleached. 30 bucks a gram is way to pricey. I wasn't impressed as the stuff I got was chemed out and not flushed at all. It tasted like crap, and I don't think that it was what it said it was. Need to really work on their QC. Sorry guys, just being honest. read more
