They could improve visibility of products and product labels, have staff that has at least an elementary school education and knows how to do math ( or just even let the computer do it for them), and a staff who has somewhat of an education of their products. Improve on their business location as far as safety goes, my friend just opened the door and received a large blood blister on her hand from the panic bar on the exit door (which we couldn't find fast enough). So quick story, placed an order, (not our first) at about 3:15pm email says processing, second email says staging order.... Than nothing until I call at 6:30 only to be told the delivery had been cancelled. O well? Than I have my room mate order and he added some gummies to than we would be over the amount required for delivery...... nope! This time at least we get a call and it's stated that the deliveries are messed up and we will receive delivery ..... tomorrow. The guy with the dreds you definitely need to learn how to speak to people and how not to speak to them. I would say perhaps the owner should have a talk with you but apparently she's not much better. This place is very friendly and staff is great, but their products are too pricy and a majority of it was either harvested early or sun bleached. 30 bucks a gram is way to pricey. I wasn't impressed as the stuff I got was chemed out and not flushed at all. It tasted like crap, and I don't think that it was what it said it was. Need to really work on their QC.
