I don't know what's happened to the place, but most of the previous employees who were my faves, like Chelle and Sydney, are gone. The whole "vibe" of the place has sunk to the pits. However the more I took advantage of this in combination with sales things changed. First time was I showed up on my scheduled pickup day and the order price wasn't honored because the brand I purchased was only having a sale on certain items, and the web site admittedly was in error because of staff. Rather than honoring the price I was comped an all in one cartridge. Fine. Second time I show up and my order price wasn't honored because, I'm told, they only honer the price for the day you pick up, not the day you place the order. So in essence the web site price is only valid if you do same day pickup. My online account and email receipt show one price total, paper receipt shows another. Moreover I had done this before, placed an order with sale items one day and picked up another, and there was no issue. I pointed this out to the staff. They verified that as recent as last month I had done this. Did anything change, nope. One guy in the back, who I believe is the manager, just shrugged and said "policies change". Well policies do seem to change, rather easily, like where I shop.
