Bethany has great empathy and caring for me and did not push any specific models to me. Albrecht Audiology has fitted me with the Oticon Real behind the ear hearing aids. These are an upgraded from basic models. I did this because I have been wearing Oticon OPN found there is a HUGE difference in my hearing. I have moderate to severe loss of hearing in the higher frequencies and tinnitus The Oticon Real provide crisp clear edge to all sounds! I can hear so much more than I could previously.
