    I had an appointment today. While I was there I attempted to drop off my son's glasses for repair…read more They're covered under warranty. The pair of glasses I had, didn't match what was in the system. The woman who assisted me was said to have been the manager. I was so confused and simply expressing I don't understand and I am certain those were the glasses I got from visionworks for my son. I expressed that I was trying my best not to get frustrated and understand how this happened and her response was "oh you're not gonna get frustrated with me..." (I went deaf after that to avoid confrontation). I was instantly agitated and decided to step away because I wasn't rude, and I wasn't loud... I was simply and calmly stating that I'm so confused and frustrated that the warranty I paid for to have my sons glasses repaired, in the event that he broke them, is being denied on the premise the glasses don't match what's in the system. I'm merely seeking alternatives or trying to understand how this happened and this person is taking my (calm) opposition as a challenge to her personally. The level of professionalism displayed was so ugly. I eventually figured out the mix up and while it was on my end, her unprofessional attitude, lack of understanding and customer service oriented approach made me decide to go to find another place for my family to go to altogether. No one is perfect and mistakes happen, but don't get nasty with people who are simply trying to understand how a mix up happened. Even if she couldn't take them, she didn't mention promotions, specials, alternative out of pocket costs, nothing... she was just an a**hole so unexpectedly and unprovoked. I'm a gentle soul and this truly bothered me. Everyone else at the office was great. Especially the new young lady. She turned my experience around. The manager should take lessons from her.

    This is my second pair of glasses. About the most expensive lenses, smudge proof glare proof…read moretransitions. And I don't understand how they keep smudging. I'm very disappointed
