The exam itself was very thorough (most intensive I have ever received.) Dr. Nelson was very pleasant, and I didn't feel rushed when seeing him. The staff there was also very friendly. When it came time to choose a pair of glasses, the staff was helpful, but not pushy. I didn't feel like I was being 'talked into' anything.
