Wouldn't you know she's only there Monday Tuesday and half day Wednesday. We need her authorization to satisfy medicare but they can't help until Monday. Thankfully Jessica works there she's helped us more than her dr has. Hanover Hospital discharged her with insulin she had not been on before but did not supply a prescription for needles. Between Jessica and Rite Aid we are thankful. Who gives the flu to a bed ridden patient, Hanover Hospital! Now with the flu and high blood sugar they say call the hospital. Hospital says call her her dr. We don't know how to help this poor woman. Her insulin is new and we don't know if it's time released? Hopefully her dr will call back before she goes into shock. Wait it's lunch hour so probably not. Maybe the other dr there will have better patient care. We will be switching drs.

I have been a patient here for over 20 years, I Became ill almost 2 weeks ago. I called last week…read morefor an appointment and Dr. Dickson was on vacation. I asked if I could see Dr. Hess and they said to call urgent care so I did. I do not like going to urgent care for one it cost me a $75 copay and the PA does not know me nor my history. I broke down and went because I was so sick. After taking the meds that PA prescribed it did not get any better, in fact, continued to get worse. I called Dr. DIckson's office again asking if they can prescribe me something different without having to come in since I JUST saw a doctor, they said they had the record. They said no I had to come in. So....I call to make an appointment feeling very ill and I am told they have a few openings but cannot book them until the next morning at 8 AM and I should call right at 8 so they don't get booked before I call. I am at work at 8 AM. I explained this to the person on the phone. This is extremely frustrating when I feel this sick and cannot get in to see my doctor. I am not sure what has happened to this office, it used to be a "family" practice now it seems like it's just a business.
