She is terrific - and her new office is in a convenient location right near the Wilton campus of Adirondack Community College. I had been one of her patients at The Hearing Shop (Wilton Medical Arts/Saratoga Hospital) and was very disappointed in the hospital when they closed that office depriving me and everyone else of Dr. Solomon's talents. My hearing aids needed service and the hospital would not/could not provide the warrantee service that I had paid for. I went to another audiology office in town - but it was just not the same. I guess I was spoiled and hadn't realized just how good Dr. Solomon is. As luck had it I encountered Dr. Solomon in town while she was doing some work with a local charity and she told me that she was in the process of setting up a new private practice. I'm thrilled because I need to replace my hearing aids soon and there is nobody I'd trust more than Dr. Solomon. If you need help with your hearing or hearing aids - this is the office to call. I've now been wearing my hearing aids for 20 months. While it took several months and multiple…read moreappointments with the Center for Clear Hearing to achieve the optimum fitting of my hearing aids to deliver comfort, it was well worth the effort. Dr. Gartner continually had the patience to spend as much time as necessary with me to ensure that the proper fit and adjustments were accomplished. I now wear my hearing aids twelve hours per day without discomfort. More recently, I've been on a typical six-month follow up schedule for regular maintenance and any needed adjustments. If I have any issues, I know I can call the friendly staff in the office for a timely appointment with Dr. Gartner. I'm truly pleased with the care I receive from Center for Clear Hearing.

Someone picked up the phone and disconnected the call, so I called back and the phone rang and rang and rang and then the call dropped. I tried a couple other times and the same thing happened. I tried Saratoga and the phone was consistently busy. I got on website with chat and representative said she would have someone contact me and of course that hasn't happened. I drove to Albany office from Latham which took about 40 minutes and told the receptionist what happened. She told me Castleton is closed rest of week. She said if I had left message she would have called me back. I reiterated calls were being dropped in her office. I was never given chance to leave message. I certainly didn't drive all the way over there because it was fun. She couldn't get me in today but gave me 8am appointment. I don't know what is going on with Madison Saratoga but I won't be buying any more hearing aids from them. Thanks for the response from the Office Manager, but when you see Customer Review Ratings of 1.63/5 on the Better Business Bureau for Madison Saratoga aka Hearing Life, then it looks as though many, many people, specifically customers, are struggling with respect for the company, apparently not just me. But, I do think it is The Hearing Aid business in general that is unregulated that is the problem. They also deal with the elderly, though not always, the hearing impaired and the marginalized due to their disability. Or in other words-the vulnerable.

I bought the hearing aids a little over 2 years ago through my husband's union and Hearing in America with a contract. I confirmed with Hearing in America today that my contract/warranty was indeed for 3 years. The folks at Hearing in America are going to contact Madison Saratoga, about this issue and what looks to be an erroneous charging issue, on my behalf. I will let them work it out-hopefully they can get through on the telephone. At the time I was charged, I did ask why I hadn't been charged before if my contract was up after one year and there was no response. It is exhausting between phones that don't work, erroneous charges and technicians who don't like to do Real Ear, although the audiologist in Albany did Real Ear.

She's literally useless. Ive even asked her for batteries that Medicaid pays for and without even checking denied me. And when I pressed her she finally looked and said that I was indeed owed batteries! Terrible terrible service!!!! know someone else who went to her and they had a similar experience and she even made them cry. I could understand because the level of frustration being in her office is dreadful! I'd suggest seeing someone else and maybe she should retire cuz that's all she does is sit there like a vegetable!!!!

She's an outstanding provider. She treats the mind, body, and soul of each patient rather than just their diagnosis. This is a great quality to have as a doctor and it makes a huge difference. I would recommend Internal Medicine & Linda to anyone. I was nervous changing providers but switching to Linda is like a breath of fresh air. My old doctor does not even compare to Linda. All of the nurses at this location are excellent as well. Being a nurse myself I always expect for the nurses to be exceptional and at this location they are nothing less than that. I was very happy with my visit and my experience. They also have an online portal that you can sign up for and review all of your labs, appointments, make/change/cancel appointments, request prescription refills, etc. Wicked convenient. Instead of making a thousand phone calls all of the information you need is just a few clicks away. I took away one star because the parking isn't optimal.

Kathryn Loret was friendly but didn't provide much info. she isn't my main audiologist. She didn't suggest any options, etc. She just tested my hearing. PA Kelly wasn't respectful to my needs. Prior to this appointment I talked to my audiologist and Lauren about the BiCros. When I saw PA Kelly i mentioned this and she said no that's not an option for you since your hearing is too bad in the one ear. I then had to follow up with Lauren who told me it was. No PA, audiologist or Dr. should only suggest a cochlear implant if there's other options. Getting a cochlear is a life changing experience.

She was suffering from a severe sore throat, which they correctly diagnosed as a peritonsillar abscess, were able to drain it on the spot, and prescribed the necessary meds to clear it up. The regular urgent care places she saw before coming here pretty much dismissed the issue. Dr. Spencer was professional, did not dismiss her symptoms, listened to what she had to say, was reassuring, didn't rush her, and made sure all of her questions were answered. Definitely saved her a trip to the ER! Billing also went flawlessly.
