Their audiologist, Nicole is like working with a vegetable. You ask her questions about your hearing aids or your insurance and she just stares at you. Does the bare minimum. She's literally useless. Ive even asked her for batteries that Medicaid pays for and without even checking denied me. And when I pressed her she finally looked and said that I was indeed owed batteries! Terrible terrible service!!!! know someone else who went to her and they had a similar experience and she even made them cry. I could understand because the level of frustration being in her office is dreadful! I'd suggest seeing someone else and maybe she should retire cuz that's all she does is sit there like a vegetable!!!! read more
