She is terrific - and her new office is in a convenient location right near the Wilton campus of Adirondack Community College. I had been one of her patients at The Hearing Shop (Wilton Medical Arts/Saratoga Hospital) and was very disappointed in the hospital when they closed that office depriving me and everyone else of Dr. Solomon's talents. My hearing aids needed service and the hospital would not/could not provide the warrantee service that I had paid for. I went to another audiology office in town - but it was just not the same. I guess I was spoiled and hadn't realized just how good Dr. Solomon is. As luck had it I encountered Dr. Solomon in town while she was doing some work with a local charity and she told me that she was in the process of setting up a new private practice. I'm thrilled because I need to replace my hearing aids soon and there is nobody I'd trust more than Dr. Solomon. If you need help with your hearing or hearing aids - this is the office to call. I've now been wearing my hearing aids for 20 months. While it took several months and multiple…read moreappointments with the Center for Clear Hearing to achieve the optimum fitting of my hearing aids to deliver comfort, it was well worth the effort. Dr. Gartner continually had the patience to spend as much time as necessary with me to ensure that the proper fit and adjustments were accomplished. I now wear my hearing aids twelve hours per day without discomfort. More recently, I've been on a typical six-month follow up schedule for regular maintenance and any needed adjustments. If I have any issues, I know I can call the friendly staff in the office for a timely appointment with Dr. Gartner. I'm truly pleased with the care I receive from Center for Clear Hearing.

The NP rushed me through my appointment, did not ask if I had any…read moreneck issues before she twisted my head and neck, got frustrated with me when I could not relax (even after I told her I am currently suffering from anxiety), she just handed me a handout with pictures on how to "fix" myself. She did not take the time to explain the handout then the appointment ended. The admin was inconsiderate and didn't listen to my concerns in finding an actual doctor to see in their office nor did she care that I was suffering from vertigo so waiting until October to be seen was not going to work. What a terrible thing for any patient to go through when trying to find medical help! I'm sure the drs there would be appalled the way both treats patients!

Went here 7 years ago and had issues with them not knowing about my insurance coverage but still…read moreinforming me about my insurance coverage! Currently, I just purchased new hearing aides and was told they wouldn't charge me until after I got the hearing aides. I was charged $7K that day anyhow, which was fine I would have to pay it sooner or later. Then 3 weeks later when the hearing aides arrived they wanted to charge me again. I stated that I already paid for them 3 weeks ago and to double check their records. I was also told that the insurance company would refund me and send a check directly to me. Note never believe a company always check directly with your insurance company. Never happened! The insurance company sent the check to them which caused confusion on refunding the credit to a card that I was in the process of closing. The hearing aides....rechargeable hearing aides are much thicker than battery operated hearing aides. I was not informed of that until until I got them. The wires on the hearing aide were too long so they were not fitted properly. When I went back they stated the wires were too long and installed shorter ones. Still not fitting well and slipping our of my ear. I give up.... At this point its easier to bring everything back, get a refund and start over somewhere else.

He is very patient with stubborn people and very thorough. Today I received the hearing aids. I definitely can hear better. And I hope through time it will be more natural for me to wear them. He is welcoming, energetic, patient, informative, genuine, and kind. He took his time to explain everything to my mother and us. He put my 92 year old mother at ease. Over the past few years she has experienced diminished hearing - which effects overall quality of life. If you can't hear a conversation - you can't participate or be truly engaged. Dr. Bergmann's excellent skills and professionalism are top notch and we were very pleased with the outcome.
