After returning from a weeks vacation in which I ended up in an…read moreurgent care facility in NC, I was diagnosed with "Pink eye" and given a script which I filled there at the closest pharmacy. Spent the last few days of vacation not being able to use my left eye. Got home and called the office and explained my situation and was given an appointment for the next day. When Dr Davison examined me he told me I didn't have Pink Eye but a very serious infection and had I not called I faced the real possibility of losing my sight in that eye. He gave me an injection of antibiotics in my eyeball, didn't hurt btw, to combat the infection. To stress how serious it was, Dr Davison gave me his cell number and said to call him if I didn't experience an improvement or it got worse. It took quite a while for my eye to return to normal and if I hadn't called him who knows what the outcome would have been, to me that was the definition of patient dedication.

Therapist showed me how to do an exercise then left to attend to another patient without even observing if I was doing it correctly. Came back every 5-7 minutes afterward to give me another exercise, only to repeat the same disappearing act. Therapist literally spent 12 minutes with me while juggling other patients. So much for individual attention. Got billed for one hour of therapy for $435 for 12 minutes of instruction. Never once observed if I was doing exercises correctly. Another easy money scam. Matthew never did. You just had to accept his word for gospel When I called the office on the weekend to get a refill on Simbrinza he called me back and started arguing with me and telling me he couldnt refill because i wasn't a patient anymore even though i described how i had gone back and set up any appointment with Glaucoma Consultants in Slingerlands as he had said to. but he was very combatitive and not at all wanting to listen to me. He had to prove he was right.
