He sought out excellent training, but continues to learn and apply everything he learns. Besides physical training, Charlie offers nutritional expertise and massage therapy. Really there's no one else like him in Fort Wayne. He has a growing customer base of "regulars". He is a student of Erik Dalton, who you can see on YouTube for his methods. Charlie helped me strengthen my shoulders after rotator cuff surgery. He adapted my recovery after I fell fracturing my wrist this year. My training routine is 5 minutes of warmup, stretching, 3 sets of 12 reps stretching between. Then abs; then 30" cardio. I go twice a week. Hope to see you there. It's a fun place. Charlie's massages are phenomenal and Alex is a very good trainer. They even have a cookbook! Combining personal training, nutrition, and massage all under one roof is a really cool concept. I love that they focus on the whole body. You just can't get that motivation and personal attention from a regular gym membership. The space is intimate and personal and if I actually lived in Fort Wayne I'd keep this my little secret! I wish I could pack them up and take them with me to Chicago. I highly recommend them!

Now, with this study, it is shown that especially reducing the saturadas- fat and increasing the proportion of carbohydrates, as well as being beneficial for the heart, seems to promote weight loss. Overweight Overweight is the result of an energy imbalance that occurs when excessive caloric intake relative to energy expenditure of the subject. By eating more energy than necessary, it is stored as fat. The first step is to reduce total calorie intake per day.
