It has a doctor monitored diet system and dietary supplements that help keep your metabolism up while losing weight. The key is low fat, lean meats, and fruits and vegetables for the diet. They give you information on the types of meats, fruits, vegetables to buy and cook. Usually I get so hungry on diets that they are hard to stick to, but on this program, since I took the drops and aggr pills when they told me to, I didn't have the extreme hunger with it and was able to stick to it to lose weight. The amount of protein, fruits, vegetables you eat helps fill you up, especially on the losing phase when the supplements help curb your hunger. I did get mental type cravings from time to time, but wasn't physically hungry, so was able to follow the diet easier than other diet plans.

Can you Lose Weight with Carbs?…read more The study has shown that it is possible to lose weight steadily consuming complex carbohydrates. It shows that being overweight is less likely with diets rich in complex carbohydrates in a plethora of vegetables, fruit, pasta, rice, vegetables and whole grains. Such foods characteristic of the Mediterranean diet, are back in fashion for its multiple benefits. They are an important source of vitamins, minerals, protein and vegetable fiber and fat intake is almost nil. The body uses these calories immediately, as soon as received and does not store as efficiently as fat. In addition, the caloric difference between these two food groups evident that consumption of carbohydrates is most appropriate when it comes to weight control. Fats provide 9 calories per gram and carbohydrates, including sugar, only 4 calories. In recent years, consumption had declined in favor of a diet rich in animal protein type and excess saturated fat. Now, with this study, it is shown that especially reducing the saturadas- fat and increasing the proportion of carbohydrates, as well as being beneficial for the heart, seems to promote weight loss. Overweight Overweight is the result of an energy imbalance that occurs when excessive caloric intake relative to energy expenditure of the subject. By eating more energy than necessary, it is stored as fat. The first step is to reduce total calorie intake per day. By lowering the total calorie intake is to consume less of everything, also carbohydrates. At issue is to raise the percentage of carbohydrate on total energy intake at the expense of reducing fat. I was told that they only focus on one body part at a time and it usually takes up to 6 times to accomplish anything. Then start on my tummy area for 6 times and look disproportionate until that's over...the thought of how much I would spend makes it not worth it to me! I think I'll stick to my body wrap and the gym.
