The level of assistance that I have received from my personal trainer, as well as the other trainers and club manager is unsurpassed. Now that I have been accepted as a regular, I find a welcoming atmosphere from other patrons, encouraging and willing to assist if asked. This is something that does not exist in other locations that I have visited and utilized in the past. Although some of the equipment is dated, all is functional. A complete remodel for the facility is being planned to start within the next few months. The knowledge of my personal trainer has allowed me to lose over 3+% body fat and gain over 2% lean muscle mass within a short 4 months. She continues to encourage me, and shares in the attainment of my goals. I came in today just to watch and see him do his thing, he's usually very quiet and mellow but once we got out of the car he was practically racing us to the door, joking that we were slowing him down. He was so excited to get in and start working out. His trainer Ashley is an absolute doll and could not be any friendlier or helpful. Because of her he's actually done down in shirt sizes, jackets that were too small now fit him perfectly and it was so amazing seeing him interact with others and talk with other gym members. He's been less depressed lately and is so happy when he goes in for his workouts. I can't thank the PF family enough for what they've done for our family. Not only that but the facility is incredibly clean and nice, I've been in a few other plant fitness centers before and this is the most spiffy looking one I've seen yet. Have lived in Arizona last two years and got a guest pass for two weeks. Really sad to see the gym go downhill like it has since I've been gone. Unclean facilities, overcrowded and lots of people with no feel. -People lifting bare feet and resting their feet on dumbbells in between sets -people vlogging on weight room floor (not everybody wants to be in the background of your video) - dirty bathrooms - blood on a foam roller - and much more. Sadly I've been told the DuPont location is the only location that gets updated equipment but also is overcrowded. Really nice staff. Love what they stand for and appreciate their support for first responders but at what point do I sacrifice a bad gym experience for their beliefs $40 for a two week guest pass is ridiculous
