They have the absolute best cycling class you've ever been to. Literally, I'm not exaggerating. I feel like I know what your thinking....she's a little excited, this one. Well, I am! Let me tell you a few things. Besides spin/cycling, they offer other bomb classes as well. Barre class, a BoxHIIT class and Bootcamp. They have childcare for your littles as well! There isn't a workout I haven't enjoyed since starting at Triumph. I thought for sure I wouldn't sign up for there unlimited package, but here I am. SIGNING UP FOR UNLIMITED, haha!! and better yet, I'm so glad I am. The cycling bikes are better than any bikes I've ever been on. Every instructor is OUTSTANDING. You can tell from every little detail that this place was more than well thought out. The app to book your classes, beyond amazing. I cannot compliment their app enough. Everything is crazy easy. The customer service, amazing, the gals at the front desk, amazing. Every instructor brings the heat! The playlist are SO good. Im not sure if anyone else does this, but when a damn good song comes on and your like, dang, I wish this would come on in spin or when I'm running or whatever workout you desire, guess what, it's on at Triumph! And it's LOUD and the energy is contagious. I cannot stop smiling when I'm there. I'm PROUD to say I attend classes here. I'm obsessed, hooked, whatever you might like to call it. See for yourself. If you don't like it, that's like saying you don't like animals. You're crazy. Your first 2 classes are FREE! I have a good feeling you'll be hooked. Thank you Triumph for all of your hard work that you have clearly put into your space. From the details in your service to each individual instructor bringing their own flair. You rock my world! I needed to just start CrossFit and not be scared so I decided to choose Mad Apple while staying…read morewith my sister. I don't have much to compare them but man these guys and gals are just amazing! They know what they're doing and they do such a great job at explaining and making you feel comfortable but also challenging you. The space is big and very clean! Always clean. It's spacious and everyone is so nice. It looks like a somewhat new facility but I think it's because they care so much about their location and equipment. Each coach always looks at your technique and makes sure you're doing it well. My favorite are the ataboys, they felt weird at first but it's so helpful to know that everyone wants you to succeed and no give up. They do warm ups before a WOD and stretching afterwards. Everything they do is so organized and neatly put together. Each day they write the WOD on the board and your name with the weights you used or time you finished. Honestly, I would drive to Fort Wayne just to stay a part of this amazing and loving team. Wish everyone well

Shannon, the instructor is very skilled and a wonderful guide. This is a wonderful new business for the area and the studio is gorgeous. This is a perfect addition to Main Street and I hope more people embrace yoga into their lives. It is joyful and relaxing. She has mats and other items you can use for class. Classes that are not free are ONLY $5 and that is a very generous price for what you get in return.

I love hot yoga!" I can't make hot yoga an everyday part of my practice, but every so often, I like to take a heated class to shake things up. My heated class this time happened at Fusion Yoga in Fort Wayne. First, I gotta give a shoutout to the owners for providing childcare. I have never seen such a thing at a yoga studio! I didn't have children with me, but several women in my class did, and I love that my sisters in yoga were able to practice for an hour in a space that welcomes kids, then kindly takes the children away so mom can focus on herself for a bit. What a wonderful thing to see, and it really set the mood for a nice class. Celeste was the instructor for my hot vinyasa flow class. She was great, and her class really kicked my butt. It was way more advanced than I thought it would be! In Celeste's class, I really challenged myself and did some things that I had never tried before, and I was happy with myself for keeping up with the class. The class was packed mat to mat, from the door to the front of the classroom, and a couple of times I had to focus on my breath so I wouldn't spiral from lack of fresh air (which can sometimes happen in a hot yoga class). But I made it the full hour, and was rewarded with that incredibly light and otherworldly feeling you only get after a hot yoga class. The studio itself was undergoing some renovations when I visited, so I didn't get to see much beyond the classroom and the lobby. They sell a lot of yoga paraphernalia, like yoga mats, clothing, and yoga mat cleaner that they make in-house.
