The instructor was extremely friendly and the flow was relaxing and a challenge. Just how I like it. I was worried the studio would be jam packed since I know Prana is a popular studio - especially with all the downtown workers getting off, but surprisingly the class was rather small. There was tons of open space. Even at capacity I would guess you can fit A LOT of people in. There is a cubbie area with a place to stick your shoes and coat when you walk in the door. She gave me some stretches to do at home to help with my muscle tension and made sure I didn't have any questions. This community is very lucky to have a place like The Union and Sandy.
