I don't have much to compare them but man these guys and gals are just amazing! They know what they're doing and they do such a great job at explaining and making you feel comfortable but also challenging you. The space is big and very clean! Always clean. It's spacious and everyone is so nice. It looks like a somewhat new facility but I think it's because they care so much about their location and equipment. Each coach always looks at your technique and makes sure you're doing it well. My favorite are the ataboys, they felt weird at first but it's so helpful to know that everyone wants you to succeed and no give up. They do warm ups before a WOD and stretching afterwards. Everything they do is so organized and neatly put together. Each day they write the WOD on the board and your name with the weights you used or time you finished. Honestly, I would drive to Fort Wayne just to stay a part of this amazing and loving team. Wish everyone well

I was welcomed as an old friend and punished as I deserved to be. I was very fortunate that it was the Strenght and Conditioning class that evening. Our main target that night was Bench Press, and as a Member of Markham Powerlifting, I was more than happy to jump in. The Coaches and members of Crossfit Southbend are exceptional people from all walks of life and really solid Crossfitters.
