She has treated me over the years for all kinds of different things including back pain, muscle stiffness, nerve pain, and constipation. She is so kind, and cares deeply for all health issues, great and small. During the Pandemic, when it was difficult to get care, Dr Meghan made house calls to my dear friend who was battling late stage ovarian cancer. She was able to make my friend much more comfortable, and helped her with pain management and digestion. My friend also really appreciated Dr Meghan's wit and sense of humor. I wish Dr Meghan the best of luck in her new her new practice at Dandelion Acupuncture. Go see her, you won't be disappointed!

Vishaal Veerula, MD - Fort Wayne Integrative Medicine - While Seventh Generation was bought out by a large company I don't like several years ago, this was better than seeing Lysol about.

I had to change my appointment two or three times because whomever the women were with whom I spoke…read moreon the phone scheduled me for times the doctor was unavailable, so I didn't have high hopes. I ended up really liking the calming atmosphere here. The staff were pleasant at the desk and during check-in in the exam room. I was told Dr. Veerula's wife did the amazing decorating. There were a lot of nice little touches. While definitely not the worst doctor I have had, I didn't feel heard while meeting Dr. Veerula. He was focused on issues that weren't the pressing reasons why I wanted to visit and become established with a new primary. The screen and pamphlets with advertisements and health warnings didn't sit so well with me as I was under the impression an integrative doctor would be more holistic than he turned out to be. I wasn't comfortable with most of his medication and referral suggestions... The large room used as the IV lounge was comfortable. The Alpha-Stim electrotherapy session I did consisted of a device with clips that clamped onto your earlobes. I didn't find it relaxing and felt dizzy to where I had to keep turning it down. It was complimentary and always is free of charge to patients. I didn't take advantage of the complimentary coffee but did snag a ginger candy near the TV at the foot of my comfy recliner. It would have been more pleasant sitting back there longer - I could have actually stayed in that room for days in that chair - had I not had to hear the banter of some college athletes with hangovers and their entourage as they received IV treatments. I didn't meet the nurse practitioner whom I had to list as my actual primary with insurance, and in hindsight I was disappointed I didn't see the Golden Retriever who is listed on their site as the official greeter. I do like that this office has a lab on site, but the waiting room which had been empty when I arrived began to fill up as I was there quite awhile, and after I had been in the back room and headed home, I realized a lady at the desk got sidetracked with other patients, so I forgot all about getting my blood drawn. There was an oddly worded sign up front about preferring cash payments as well. I would really like to have given even four stars as it was a nice as well as unique place. I just wouldn't want to return as it's not the direction I'd like to take with my health. I need a doctor with a better bedside manner who actually listens to my concerns and takes heed of what my comfort level is. I also felt bombarded with emails before, during, and after my visit. If I lived closer, I'd consider trying out the therapeutic massage and possibly the IV treatments.
