It is clear to me that this place delivers consistent and high quality care for its patients... as long as they fit a certain expectation. Unfortunately, my experience here is tainted by the way the front office staff treated my friend. I will let my friend speak for herself. I am attaching a photo of a review she submitted on Indeed.com. That review was not accepted, presumably because the business didn't want to post it on their Indeed page. Please read that attached review before finishing this review. When I asked the other front staff where my friend was, they tried to lie to me! Renee told me that she was not fired but instead that she chose to not work there. I am a white male so I am not surprised that my personal experience as a physical therapy patient was better than others' experiences here. Additionally, I believe that creating a hostile environment for a pregnant woman is directly contradictory to the role of physical therapists. I sincerely hope, for the health of future patients and workers, that this office addresses its deep rooted issues. The front staff at McDonald's Physical Therapy is discriminatory and dishonest. And they aren't even the people doing the real therapy work! How petty.

My posture has improved tremendously and I have lost weight. I overall feel so much better about my health. She approaches the whole body with healing as well as focuses on problem areas when they arise during testing. I was struggling with plantar fasciitis and after one appointment it was completely better and I have no issues with it anymore. She asks questions and listens to my needs as a client. I've also attended her praise moves classes and really love them. It is a good way to stretch, work out, and praise the lord at the same time. I always feel more relaxed after these sessions and saw weight loss. I signed up for the beginner class and was amazed that I had no trouble keeping up. She is very consciousness of everyone's skill level and keeps that in mind while leading. Her prices are very reasonable and the best I've seen in the area.
