I get policy -but- now this is principle...Now both my spouse and I have canceled our monthly subscriptions. My massage therapist and I have a great relationship, and I ALWAYS tip 30-40%. Yes, I had to miss an appointment, but because of their front desk team and their lack of customer service, empathy, and/or negotiation skills - two great massage therapists just lost a client. Pro tip: Front desk...Talk to your massage therapists (aka $$$ makers for your shop) before thinning out their revenue stream.

I decided to add on the Eucalyptus aromatherapy, it was a gloomy day and I am a sucker for Eucalyptus. I am glad I chose that as an add on, it was perfect. The massage room was open, comfortable, and so relaxing. The massage table was so cozy, plus, big, and warm. It really felt like a spa in there. I loved the lighting, the sounds, and just the all around small touches that made everything so relaxing and calm. You DO NOT HAVE TO BE A MEMBER, but at least look into it depending on your need.

The facial did not disappoint. Jeni was my esthetician and was amazing. Absolutely gentle and when she put this cold like frosting mask on my face, my skin perked up as if it had been waiting a lifetime for this thirst quenching mask. There is no negativity in this woman. She's always glad to see customers. My visits lately have focused on my left shoulder. I really need to see a physical therapist or chiropractor about it, but each time I see her, the pain and tingling in my arm go away. Oh, and ladies, the place is nicely decorated and VERY clean.
