Thank was so worried to have my hair cut by someone else. A friend told me to check out Signori Mani and I am so thankful I did!! I am always treated with nothing but kindness. They offer water and coffee (local from costal coffee roasters) while you're in the chair. The Salon is always very clean, smells amazing, and great conversation and music. Jessie is amazing and I always leave happy. She does exactly what I ask and makes my hair look better than I could have imagined! I also was looking for someone with experience in working with curly hair (which is not as easy as people might expect.) My friend's daughter also has curly hair and had a great experience with Krista at The Winchester Spa and Salon and so after 5+ months with no cut or color to my hair I was ready to give someone new a try. Krista was knowledgable, friendly, and very skilled at her craft. The team assisting her were very friendly and helped in getting me checked in and set up. I was very happy with her attention to detail, notes for future appointments, and reviewing my options with me to help me achieve my style goals while keeping my hair healthy. I have even booked out my next 4-5 appointments which is a huge help to me. I came to hear of Krista via a recommendation from a friend and would not hesitate to recommend her to others as well. The Salon itself was very attractive, clean, and made me feel pampered. I was impressed by their list of available services as well. Every few months I get haircut and my toenail's done anyways today. I called because I'm having car trouble and won't be able to make my appointment for today. This afternoon, but I wanted to reschedule for next Tuesday in a few days. It's something beyond my control. But the woman on the phone said, unfortunately, she has to charge me 50% of my visit, even if I'm rescheduling, even if it was something beyond my control. So if I was in a car accident and laid up in the hospital, they would just charge me anyway. And I care, that's fine. Maybe it's not a lot of money, but it's a lot of money to me. I spent about $800 a year at the salon, and they charged me $80, which was half of my visit today. And I won't be going back so they took 80 for something beyond my control, but they lost a customer. I'm pretty decent customer. I don't know, like I said, maybe it's not a lot of money to them, but it was to me. And I think it's ridiculous that they couldn't not charge me, because something happened out of my control emergencies, come up ladies, what is happening?
