Dr. Germain was so nice and so personable that I referred her to others as well. The next year, my son was suffering from severe acne and it was taking a toll on his self-esteem. Dr. Germain made him feel so comfortable and was able to put the light back into my son's spirit immediately. It was a process with his skin, but everything she recommended worked! That son now lives in Charlotte, but he still comes home when needed to see Dr. Germain or Dr. Holly. He says his trust is in her practice and mine is too. Dr. Germain and her staff are top notch and I could honestly say, probably the best in the nation. She has branched off into so many different directions of procedures and products to fit the need of any and everyone. I'm so thankful for her blessing to be able to treat and care for the skin and body of all who are in need.

Upon arrival the location was brightly colored, and appeared neat and clean. The woman at the counter wished me Happy Birthday when I arrived, I felt this was thoughtful. The staff was friendly, the time frame allotted is perfect for someone with a busy schedule or a lunch break, the products smelled great, there was a certain degree of relaxation during the facial. The areas where there could be improvement- Guests checking in at the front desk spoke loudly and could be heard talking to staff (at the front desk) during the facial, it was distracting and took away from the zen feeling of the facial at times. I am not certain the facial cleansed my skin thoroughly because I could still see some eye shadow on my eye lids when I looked in the mirror in the car following the facial. The guest that was supposed to check in after my group finished, arrived early for her appointment, a member of the staff approached the esthetician performing my facial to inquire how much longer until my facial would be done...my esthetician stated 5 minutes...which made me feel a bit rushed during my service. Overall the time with my family was very nice and the estheticians were pretty good overall. I felt the cleanse portion of my facial wasn't thorough however my family enjoyed their services quite a bit. On a side note, the facials are performed in an open space where up to 3 people could be getting facials simultaneously (I chose a time when my family members were the only people on the schedule) for more privacy. I think it's a cute place to get a facial, great for a girls outing or a quick self care outing. They offer a couple of memberships to choose from for those interested. Parking is in the front of the facility.
