The moment I confirmed the order I realized the computer had populated an incorrect address. I immediately contacted them and also followed up with a phone call. They told me they would redirect the shipment or send the product to the correct address. I also said if it was easier they could just cancel the order and I could have someone pick it up for me. Weeks went by and I called yesterday and they were surprised I hadn't received my order. This morning they called and said they couldn't cancel the shipment or redirect the shipment so they won't refund my money or reship the item. Had they told me this weeks ago I possibly could have tried to retrieve the shipment from the place they sent it to. There is no way this item was shipped out within seconds of me ordering it.

Dr. Germain was so nice and so personable that I referred her to others as well. The next year, my son was suffering from severe acne and it was taking a toll on his self-esteem. Dr. Germain made him feel so comfortable and was able to put the light back into my son's spirit immediately. It was a process with his skin, but everything she recommended worked! That son now lives in Charlotte, but he still comes home when needed to see Dr. Germain or Dr. Holly. He says his trust is in her practice and mine is too. The guest that was supposed to check in after my group finished, arrived early for her appointment, a member of the staff approached the esthetician performing my facial to inquire how much longer until my facial would be done...my esthetician stated 5 minutes...which made me feel a bit rushed during my service. Overall the time with my family was very nice and the estheticians were pretty good overall. I felt the cleanse portion of my facial wasn't thorough however my family enjoyed their services quite a bit. On a side note, the facials are performed in an open space where up to 3 people could be getting facials simultaneously (I chose a time when my family members were the only people on the schedule) for more privacy.
