Every few months I get haircut and my toenail's done anyways today. I called because I'm having car trouble and won't be able to make my appointment for today. This afternoon, but I wanted to reschedule for next Tuesday in a few days. It's something beyond my control. But the woman on the phone said, unfortunately, she has to charge me 50% of my visit, even if I'm rescheduling, even if it was something beyond my control. So if I was in a car accident and laid up in the hospital, they would just charge me anyway. And I care, that's fine. Maybe it's not a lot of money, but it's a lot of money to me. I spent about $800 a year at the salon, and they charged me $80, which was half of my visit today. And I won't be going back so they took 80 for something beyond my control, but they lost a customer. I'm pretty decent customer. I don't know, like I said, maybe it's not a lot of money to them, but it was to me. And I think it's ridiculous that they couldn't not charge me, because something happened out of my control emergencies, come up ladies, what is happening?

Hannah is also always accommodating with her schedule, which is so appreciated since so many other salons close at the same time my workday ends. I let her know have been waiting 45 min and that I had let the stylists know I was there who said she would notify her. The girl completely ignored me and picked up the phone. I walked out. What poor service, won't be recommending or coming here again. On a side note this was not my first time getting a spray tan at Willow. My first experience was much like the first I waited at least 30 min for my service. The only difference was I got my service. They really need to invest in a receptionist or learn how to manage their appointments and STOP double booking.
