Dr. Will was my primary care physician years ago, and after he left his previous location, I…read morequickly realized how hard it is to find someone of his caliber. I tried another doctor, but it wasn't even close. After putting off a physical for about two years now, I was stoked when my wife found his new practice. As a former elite athlete of 25 years, I've accumulated the usual wear and tear over the years. What set Dr. Will apart from day one was his thoughtful, conservative approach. Years ago, I came to him with hip pain that bugged for years and got to the point it would occasionally cause pain/numbness down my entire leg, I was pretty miserable. Instead of jumping to surgery, he recommended stretching, strengthening, and physical therapy. About a month later, the pain was gone and hasn't come back. Fast forward to today, I came in for a physical with hopes of solving a knee injury that's been keeping me from being very active. Within five minutes, he pinpointed the issue and gave me a clear path forward. Beyond just treatment though, Dr. Will took time to understand my overall lifestyle and checked in on me personally. It's rare to find a doctor who genuinely cares on that level. He's not just a fantastic physician, he's a great person. I can't recommend him or his new practice highly enough. I won't be going anywhere else for care for the foreseeable future, and while I haven't tried the facials or additional treatments his location offers, I definitely plan to at some point.

To start of with : I have had good experiences with Nurse Pam and Dr Novak…read more However, the administrative side of this practice is really problematic. 1) Most appointments (in my experience) run much later than scheduled (in some cases more than 1 hour!). The practice says that if the wait time becomes too long they can reschedule, however I recently had to wait even longer during the rescheduled appointments. The actual appointments feel incredibly short and brief, but I guess this is the unfortunate state of healthcare in the US, wherein you only get to talk to your doctor for less than 15 minutes. Appointments do feel fairly rushed. 2) The front desk seems to be very disorganized with keeping track of payments, be careful to save all your receipts or risk getting constant letters that you owe money to the practice! In my experience, they have not properly recorded co-payment and claimed that I did not pay. I have otherwise had good experiences here, but these issues (long waits and poor billing organization) sadly makes for an altogether poor experience

I have been seeing Dr. Novak on and off for over 25 years. He is an excellent Doctor and I would…read morehighly recommend him. He is independent and open minded, and will not try to corral you or subject you to one size fits all medical treatment. This is a small independent medical office, one that is increasingly rare these days, so what you might have to sacrifice in waiting times or sometimes overworked front office staff is more than made up for by the quality of personal medical treatment you will get from Dr. Novak.

I came to her when I was feeling hopeless in overcoming my 20+ year battle with anxiety. After trying years of talk therapy, and seeing little success, I made the decision to try hypnotherapy. Just a few weeks into working with Zhanna, I made more progress to overcome my anxiety than I did in the years of weekly psychotherapy sessions. Her style is extremely hands on and integrated as she gives you tools to help you stay accountable to your own healing. Most therapists I've worked with make you feel like another patient, and use a cookie cutter approach. But with Zhanna you feel your treatment is a truly unique experience and that she is just as invested in your healing and your progress as you are. I can't recommend Zhanna enough. She is intuitive, nurturing, compassionate and empathetic. Working with her has astronomically changed my life, how I see myself and my own potential. My only regret is not starting to work with her sooner! If you're ready to truly make a shift in your life, working with Zhanna is a no-brainer. It's challenging work, but her support and encouragement along the way makes it worthwhile. Make the investment in yourself and you will see your life shift radically.

My previous doctor-injector was wonderful and I was looking for the same boutique experience with a talented doctor-injector. Dr Samara is definitely all that and more. He is an extremely talented injector and the fact that he is also a wonderful and kind human being is the cherry on the cake. As an independent doctor-injector he has the ability to really work with you on price and help you get the best results for you for the most value. He is also incredibly accommodating with appointment times - you can text with him to find a time that will work if you have a busy schedule. He has a wonderful bedside manner. When you have an appointment with him he will spend a lot of time getting to know you and understand what you want. He will personally call and text you to follow up after your procedure and make sure that everything is exactly what you wanted. He has a small, cosy clinic in a beautiful facility in Santee. I was specifically looking for this set-up as it really is the sweet-spot that provides both a professional yet personal experience. In addition, a small independent doctor-run clinic in east county means less overheads and significantly more competitive pricing for clients. As someone that has been doing Botox for two decades, I came with my own facial injection map, which I have been using for the last 10 years. After discussing in-depth with Dr Samara I took the plunge and decided to trust him to try his way, which he reassured me would provide a better result. This involved injecting a number of areas that I had never injected before, so I was a little nervous. My appointment was just over 2 weeks ago, and I waited to see the full results before writing this review. I can only say I am so glad I trusted the other reviews - thank you Yelp! If you are looking for an experienced and talented doctor-injector, who is a kind and caring human and who will give you personal attention and great prices, I highly recommend Dr Samara!
