Otherwise if you do parking in the back, you have the option to walk up the steps once indoors. As soon as I entered I was greeted by Toba. He was very pleasant and handed me forms to complete as well as took my temperature. I was led to a relaxation room to begin my experience. Toba began verbal consultation. At first, they said, "Someone is sitting there," which made no sense because it was only me and my mom in the room. I asked who would be sitting there, and they went quiet before repeating that I couldn't stay. I explained that my mother does not speak English and that I needed to remain there to help translate if necessary. Instead of showing understanding, the situation became awkward and uncomfortable right from the beginning. As a customer, especially when bringing a parent who cannot communicate easily, I expected a little more patience and professionalism. After the massage ended, as we were walking out the door, the therapist stood in front of the door and blocked me from exiting to ask for a tip. It left a very bad final impression on me, especially after the earlier issue about me staying in the room to help my mother communicate.
