I purchased the 60 minutes wellness massage w aromatherapy, hot stones and body brush. This place is pretty easy to find, just be mindful that the business is on the front side of the building. Otherwise if you do parking in the back, you have the option to walk up the steps once indoors. As soon as I entered I was greeted by Toba. He was very pleasant and handed me forms to complete as well as took my temperature. I was led to a relaxation room to begin my experience. Toba began verbal consultation. Next, the massage experience. It was my 1st time w the body brush so I was low key excited. The aromatherapy, hot stones and body brush were excellent additions added to massage experience. Toba took his time and worked out all the stress I entered w. After session, I was greeted w a goodie bag and fantastic recommendations to assist w lower back pain as well as perfecting my posture. Job well done Toba.

My sister and I stopped by recently for a last-minute full-body massage, and let me tell you, we both left feeling like brand new people! Our massages were focused on Chinese medicinal/acupressure healing techniques, and you could feel the difference in how thorough and targeted the approach was. By the time we got into the car afterward, we were both laughing in disbelief at how great we felt--completely relaxed, rejuvenated, and pain-free (perfectly ready to relax for the rest of the night on the couch and pass out). The staff was not only professional but also super accommodating--huge shoutout for squeezing us in last minute! We're definitely planning to visit again.

I took my mother here for a Mother's Day massage. She got the combo package (30-minute body massage…read more+ 30-minute foot massage) for $90, which we paid for upfront. Before the session, they gave us a form where we could choose the pressure level, mark areas to focus on, and note any areas to avoid, which I appreciated because it made the experience feel more personalized. When we entered the massage room, the therapist did not want me to stay in the room with my mother, even though there were clearly two seats available inside. At first, they said, "Someone is sitting there," which made no sense because it was only me and my mom in the room. I asked who would be sitting there, and they went quiet before repeating that I couldn't stay. I explained that my mother does not speak English and that I needed to remain there to help translate if necessary. Instead of showing understanding, the situation became awkward and uncomfortable right from the beginning. As a customer, especially when bringing a parent who cannot communicate easily, I expected a little more patience and professionalism. Despite that interaction, my mother did enjoy the massage overall. It was her first professional massage, so she did not have many expectations going in. The therapist did pay attention to the areas she marked on the form and seemed attentive to the pressure and focus points she requested. My mother said she felt relaxed afterward, and I was happy that she at least enjoyed that part of the experience. Unfortunately, the ending completely ruined it for me. After the massage ended, as we were walking out the door, the therapist stood in front of the door and blocked me from exiting to ask for a tip. I understand tipping culture and I normally do tip for good service, but making customers feel pressured or physically stopped before they can leave is extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. It left a very bad final impression on me, especially after the earlier issue about me staying in the room to help my mother communicate. Overall, while the massage itself was decent and my mother enjoyed it, the customer service and handling of the situation made the experience feel uncomfortable and stressful rather than relaxing. For a place that provides services meant to help people unwind, I think they should work on making customers feel respected and at ease from start to finish. We will not be returning. I would only come here if I spoke Chinese, came alone, and don't mind tipping bad service. ‍

Since I saw Daisy (formerly Jing Jing) was under new ownership with new staff, I decided to give…read morethem a shot on Friday (a rainy Veteran's day). Overall, I'd say my specific experience was closer to 3.5 stars, but I'll bump them up to 4, giving the benefit of the doubt that some issues detailed below were beyond the control of the therapist and spa. The good: **Mary is a fantastic massage therapist. She was communicative, friendly, and responsive when I asked for adjustments/changes. She understood what I wanted to have her focus on and did a great job. By herself, it would be a 5* experience. **The spa is clean and relaxing. Both the massage rooms and the restroom were in great shape. **New Massage tables - at least when compared to my previous experience with Jing Jing/Daisy. **Very affordable, especially with the cash discount for a one-hour massage. Things that could have been better, but I'm not docking a star for: **The night sky ambiance (noted in other google and yelp reviews) wasn't offered - but giving that I'm face up for only about 10-15 minutes, it isn't a huge thing. **Similarly, their website mentions essential oils and hot stone, but again, these weren't offered/discussed. Depending on the cost, they might have been added to the massage. The things that made my overall experience less than stellar: **I called around noon, and made an appointment for 3pm. I arrived around 2:50, and Mary came out of one of the rooms to meet me. She told me things were a bit behind, and it would be 3:15, and showed me what room I would be in. At 3:15, she came in, and said the previous customer was just finishing up. However, by the time the previous customer dressed, paid, and perhaps Mary flipped the room, it was 3:30 before she started with me. So we are a half hour behind the original time. **Mary was also quite busy with being a receptionist - she answered about 5 calls, and had to leave the room to attend to other issues twice. The interruptions definitely affected the flow of the massage. I don't know if they were short staffed, or extra busy due to the rainy federal holiday. **Despite losing some time due to the interruptions for when she had to leave the room, the session ended promptly at 4:30 - no extra time given to make up for time that I was not the initiator of missing time. Most times for the phone she continued the massage while quietly talking to the customer. **At least for my session, the door was kept slightly propped open by a plastic spray bottle on the floor. Not exactly private, especially since I was in the room right next to the lobby. If any one of the above things had been an individual incident, I probably wouldn't think much about them. But when they all occur on the same visit, well... the whole is greater than the sum of the parts... Maybe it was just a rough day for them. Hopefully my next experience will be a little smoother.
