The therapist appeared to be around 70-80 years old and seemed physically unable to properly reach or apply pressure to my back. I specifically requested that they walk on my back, but that request was completely ignored, with no explanation or alternative offered. The entire massage felt rushed, careless, and extremely sloppy. There was no proper technique, no attention to the areas I needed worked on, and absolutely no effort to accommodate my requests. To make matters worse, they didn't even bother wiping the massage oil off my body when the session was finished. I walked out feeling worse than when I arrived, which completely defeats the purpose of getting a massage. I paid for a professional, relaxing experience and received the complete opposite. The lack of care, communication, and professionalism was incredibly disappointing. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality massage.
