Ive been documenting Dr Trausch's work for almost 2 years now and without meaning to, he has changed my life. He kind of does that though to basically everyone who is ready to hear what he has to say. He will help you analyze your unfinished business, get to the core of it all, along with meditative techniques and wisdom to take those ready for their path of self realization. He was a Catholic monk, a Detective, a hypnotherapist, Psychotherapist, has TWO PHD's (who has time for even one?), studied under epic guru's in India, helped the first quadrapaleic ever to WALK?! and hundreds upon hundreds of other mind/body medicine cases... I could fill this whole website with positive things to say... but if you are lucky enough to have a session or get to talk him, then you take it.

Buddhist Temple [Junction City CA]…read more Before heading home we took a detour and visited this Buddhist retreat center in Junction City CA, about 10 miles west of Weaverville. We parked and I explored. It was so peaceful and quiet and felt like we were trespassing but it said on the sign at the entrance that hours of operation were open to visitors daily from 9:00am - 5:00pm.. I did not see any human in sight until about 45 mins later or so when someone sounded a horn or something as if a sign of calling that meditation was about to commence. I walked up to the spinning Prayer Wheels, the Tara House, the Guru Rinpoche Statue and the Prayer Flags & The Eight Great Stupas (the eight stupas commemorate the eight major events of the Buddha Shakyamuni's life). Both the prayer flags and the prayer wheel contain many prayers, or mantras, written in Tibetan script. RITUAL MEANING: With the nonstop turning of the prayer wheel and the wind blowing across the prayer flags, powerful blessings radiate out into the local environment and the world, benefiting beings. We had just started to leave and at the sound of the horn we saw people walking up to the temple coming from everywhere. The people were friendly waving at us as we were driving off. On my drive home from the airport the pain was unbearable that I looked up for any massage place who can take walk ins ON A SuperBowl Sunday. Here are one of the few reasons I recommend this place: I called and gave Sapha my ETA and she saved a slot for me. When I got there, she said she'll be with me shortly. The customer that she was working with requested for an extra 30 minutes because he enjoyed his session. Sapha politely declined and said to come back next time since I am already there (20 minutes early). I love that she prioritized her word to get me in as soon as I arrive instead of making me wait so she can get more money from the other client. I asked about the lymphatic massage which is more expensive and she said, "that's not what you need and I don't want you to get a treatment that will not get you better." Sapha's delivered a power massage, I requested 1 hr deep tissue and 30 minutes, Thai massage. I can handle strong pressure. I'm telling you, I sounded like a bubble wrap getting popped by an eager toddler. She carefully explained what she was doing and her methods to assure that I am comfortable and in great hands! I walked in broken and left feeling healed in that session I had! I will definitely get out of my way to come back here.

After the adjustment, I felt better, but not completely mobile again. I booked an appointment with Naree Massage in hopes they could help, but I was a little nervous for my first Thai massage. My concerns were assuaged promptly! The masseuse worked on me for about an hour and I got off the table with minimal issue. Gallons of water later, I felt better than I'd felt in quite a long time! I recommended Naree to a coworker, coincidentally dealing with horrendous back problems himself, and he agreed! They're fantastic!!! Two very happy and repeat customers! Your turn!!! :D
