I wish I could leave 0 stars. Took my truck in for some ck engine light work. Long story short, 26 days later I get my truck back. They never called me to tell me the truck was going to take longer - It was I who called them for updates. Every update consisted of "waiting on parts". Meanwhile I'm struggling to find rides to work... So the truck comes home after I've bought a new car as I was tapped out on rides and desperately needed transportation. I at one point even asked for a loaner - was told they could rent me a car at $50.00+ dollars a day. Unreal! Enterprise is cheaper! When the truck was finally ready I was at work and my wife was kind enough to pick the car up. Then the truck sat for 3 weeks. I finally needed it to go to HD for lumber and when I got I'm like - oh SNAP guess what I saw? My dash all BUSTED UP! I looked at the receipt and it turns out they did recall airbag work and never said a word to me. This was UNAUTHORIZED work. Recall? Ok fix it, but at least TELL ME! I drove straight to the dealer. The service dept manager was out and they led me to the dealer asst manager (I think). I explained the situation and he harped on the fact that 3 weeks had passed. I explained that it sat for 3 weeks because they had taken so long to fix it that I got another car and didn't have to drive the truck. I informed the big man that if the dash didn't get fixed it was a big effin problem for me. Apparently this touched a nerve, as I was told if I "cursed at him again" he will just tell me to leave. I told him I'm pissed my truck came back the way it did, and what did he expect?? He continued to have hurt feelings so I let it rest. He looked at the truck and said it shouldn't be an issue. This was the attitude he should have had from jump. Ten phone calls and over a week later they say drop the truck, sashboard part is in. I drop the truck and the next morning I get a call from the service department asking why my truck is there. Are you effing kidding me???? They fixed it and I got it back the next day. This was a HORRIBLE experience and I promise I will never even CONSIDER spending another nickel there. The incompetence was astounding, the employee attitude was hostile, and the honesty was ABSENT. HEALEY DODGE WILL DO YOU DIRTY. If you go there after reading this then you deserve however badly they treat you. STEER CLEAR! DANGER! STEER CLEAR! DANGER! Extremely disappointed in their service staff. I bought a new car from Healey Chrysler and noticed an error alert on the dashboard during my test drive, saying the Front ParkSense was unavailable. I flagged this and was promised it would be looked into by the time I got back to officially purchase the car. I arrived, was assured everything was clear, and paid for the car. When I started it to drive it off the lot, the error alert was still there. I went back in and told the sales rep, who then confirmed that the problem had NOT been fixed, and he scheduled a service appointment for me for the following week. It was a red flag, but I agreed to bring it back in when scheduled. He assured me this would be covered under the extended warranty I paid extra for. When I dropped the NEW car off for its service appointment, to fix a problem that existed before I even stepped inside it, I was charged $100 to meet the warranty's "deductible" and was assured this would be the last I'd pay to have the car serviced at any point in the future. Again, a red flag, but I wanted my new car so I paid the $100. Last week my brakes started squeaking. I scheduled a service appointment. Today, when I dropped it off, I was told I'd have to pay a $249 fee towards my warranty's deductible AGAIN. I explained that I'd been told I'd only have to pay $100 / 1 time at my last service appointment. The service rep said this wasn't accurate - that every time I drop the car off to be serviced under the warranty, I'll have to pay at least $100 per instance, and in this case he estimated it would be more than double that. He began mansplaining the cost of brake service vs the benefit of buying the warranty - and told me that I would pay upwards of $500 for the service at another mechanic - pretty magical, as this was all before the problem was even diagnosed and the service needed was even identified. I expressed my disappointment and left my keys and went to wait for the (lovely) man who runs the shuttle to drive me home. I hadn't even rounded the corner before the four front desk staff members started mocking me for complaining about being charged and disputing that the cost would be greater elsewhere. The original service rep recounted the conversation as the others laughed. The level of professionalism here is shockingly poor. I walked back up to the desk and asked for my key back, saying that I'd expect to at least be out of earshot before a team of trained service reps talk trash about a paying customer. There was no apology, he simply said he "understood" and escorted me out to my car to remove anything the mechanic left in the car during the 5 minutes it had been there. Drove right to my family mechanic who discovered in five minutes that it was a simple debris + humidity issue. Wasn't even charged for the repair. Definitely not the way I wanted to start my day, but hopefully this review saves someone else from wasting their time and money. read more

This is probably the easiest car transaction I ever did in my life! I get an email from Dodge saying there are big rebates happening and they're paying top dollar for trades. My 2015 Dodge Shaker is going to be 6 years old, lets see what's in the Long Island inventory. It was slim pickin' so I widened the search to 100 miles and came across a "BEE-U-TIFULLY" loaded Scat Pack Challenger at Healey Dodge. I contact the dealership and speak with my salesperson Will. He said the car is still available and if I'm interested, put in my VIN online. They came back with an offer on my car that was too good to be true. I applied for credit and within 30 minutes I was told I can pick up my new car. Wait, what?! I'm in Carlise PA at a car show?? Not a problem, come on down when your back, we'll prep it now. No salesmen haggling, no checking with the manager, nothing. The fiance rate and payment are great, what's to think about?? I'm a little leery driving from Long Island to Beacon NY. I'm thinking when I get there, they're going to say: There is a scratch on the bumper! $5000 less, I'm ready for a con job. Will comes to greet me on his day off. I tell him I want the special floor mats from my old car, not a problem sir. I take my stuff out of the old Challenger and put it in the new car. I sign the papers and I'm out the door?? Folks, If this is the future of car buying then I want in. Here's my list when buying any car: Bank Rate? - I approve Car Payment terms? - I approve No upsell of stupid things like rental insurance, car rustproofing, etc? - Check After all the paperwork was signed, they gave me the keys and said enjoy. I brought my 2021 Jeep Wrangler in for its annual inspection. My wife was leaving for the airport later that day, so I wanted to ensure the inspection was completed before she drove. After waiting for 2 hours, I was informed that everything was fine. However, 1.5 hours into her drive, my wife called me because smoke was coming out of the hood. It turned out that whoever worked on the car had neglected to replace the radiator cap, causing coolant to gush all over the hot engine. Fortunately, I guided her through opening the hood and replacing the cap, which luckily had not fallen into the engine or onto the street. The cap was sitting next to the reservoir, but it had made a huge mess all over the engine. When my wife returned from her trip, the car wouldn't start due to a dead battery, despite only having 29,000 miles on it. We contacted Jeep and explained the situation, but they refused to accept responsibility, saying they would check the video footage of the inspection. Jason at the dealership mentioned that every bay had video cameras, so they should be able to determine if the cap was left off. We demanded they inspect the car to ensure everything was okay. We had to drop the car off, and they couldn't provide us with a loaner. The next day, Jason claimed that the camera did not capture the footage and still refused to accept responsibility. This complete lack of professionalism is unacceptable. This Jeep is leased, and this is how they treat their customers? This is my wife's second Jeep, and for the first time in 7 years, she is now considering not getting another Jeep when the lease is over. This dealership has completely soured her love for the car. I spoke with the manager, who refused to replace our battery or flush and replace the radiator fluid. They did absolutely nothing to make this right. Absolutely abysmal customer service. Don't buy or bring your car here for service. This many negative reviews cannot be wrong. read more

I should have never gone there, I don't know about their service but what an experience just trying to check in my car. There was an older woman behind the desk and she was talking to someone on the phone (that eventually turned out to be a disgruntled customer), really nasty, using the N-Word to the person on the phone, all while I was standing there waiting to check-in for my appointment. I really wanted to go to the other service technician at the desk next to her, but he was too busy texting and I didn't want to disturb his texting conversation. So she gets off the phone and I explain to her what I need to be done to my car. In addition, I wanted my lug nuts tightened, when I ask that, she verbally attacked me. Instead of saying to me "sure, we can tighten the lug nuts for you while your car is in the service bay" this nasty b-word started yelling things like "why do you want them tightened?" "Is there something wrong with them?" "you shouldn't need them tightened" etc. I looked at this nasty b-word right in the face and said, "why are you attacking me, all I asked was for my lug nuts to be tightened. If you don't want to do it, don't". We left it at that. I went outside to sit in the sun waiting for my car to be taken in when this nasty b-word comes out and tells me that to tighten the lug nuts will be $40 and she was babbling something about me paying a $159 "diagnostic fee". I waited a few minutes, and went back inside and started yelling at her, "get me out of here" I just wanted my keys back and out of there. If I would have stayed I could have been charged a total of $199 just to tighten my lug nuts. Stay as far away from Healey Dealers and service as far you can. This nasty B-word at the service desk, I don't know where she pulled this $159 diagnostic fee out of? I was sitting for a while in the customer break room, she came in and gave an estimate to another customer. She spent about 10 minutes explaining all he needs to be done on his car, and I heard no mention of a "diagnostic fee"? It was about $1000 in repairs she was asking him to do, he declined to have them done and left. She didn't stop him and say "well it's a $159 diagnostic fee" or demand a "diagnostic fee" from him. I almost got ripped off by Healey. Stay as far away as you can from this dealer and service........whew! read more

1:47 pm I call to inquire about ANY of the FOUR Jeep Renegade on their website. The representative at the phone named Chelsea (very friendly), puts me on hold to check they have them, the answer "I check with the manager and yes we do have them, when do you want to come by, TODAY? OR TOMORROW? Have far are you?". I answer about an hour, so made an appointment for 3 pm. I even received a confirmation text, i.e. THEY HAD EVERY CHANCE TO AVOID WHAT HAPPENED. 2:50 pm I arrive to the appointment, after DRIVING 1 HOUR. A gentleman named Tim communicated they have no Jeep Renegade available. I leave and the alleged manager named Eddie calls me while I was the parking lot. I mentioned I am still there (trying to really understand what just happened, wasn't going to drive just yet). He tells me he "meets me" at the parking lot (I still don't really know if this was some kind of weird high school thing "I meet you at the parking lot" type of thing or they are really clueless on how bad it looked/sounded). In any case Eddie blahs about how the reason for the misunderstanding, ON THE PARKING LOT. Let's be clear. 2 HOURS I wasted. I got invited to "the parking lot chat". SURREAL EXPERIENCE. Shortly after I returned home, Jeff the service manager gave me a call and apologized and offered to make it right. He agreed to inspect my car immediately and for free, given the inconvenience. Even though we had an issue earlier in the day, I feel that this was resolved really well, and I appreciate the extra effort Jeff made to make things right. I have a brand new Jeep and had the added warranty. I was fine to pay for the part when then they told me it was $400. Hands down the best dealership/service center i have ever done business with. Every salesperson, service tech etc has been more than courteous and helpful. When buying a car, im always very skeptical and thorough and they were very patient, very accommodating and gave me the best deal around, and believe me i spent months searching for the Jeep i was looking for. If your considering buying a new/ used car, lease or finance, I dont think there is any dealerships id reccomend over healy. And their service station is like no other, its gotta be the nicest, most up to date service station in the entire hudson valley. read more

4th time bringing in a 3 year old vehicle and every time it's a runaround. windshield issues brought us in 3x before I had to show them what was wrong (after they "fixed it" twice) obvious no one ever paid attention to the actual issue. told them previously of an issue that is now out of warranty but they have no record of speaking to us about it prior. Now that it is out of warranty suddenly they have found the issue and can repair it for $1000. dealt with Bill in service who does seem to care but at the end of the day I will be using dutchess dodge or meadowland of Carmel for all work and purchases moving forward. I sent friends there family and even purchased my brand new car from them back then also went to the Healey family Chevy and bought a new car from them in 2015. Never had a better car buying experience. Went there yesterday to feel out trading in my literally pristine Jeep Rubicon showroom quality car. And thinking I'd trade it in for a new 2020. I've been around a long time I know scams and tricks. My Wrangler can easily sell for 26k private, I though maybe they'd offer 20k I know you lose alot on trade ins but I was just feeling it out...well they came back with such a pathetic offer and they I literally had to get up and walk out. But before I did this "manager" come out and shows me a printout of recent vehicle sales within 500 miles, I could tell he hand selected cars with lower value than mine thinking I'm stupid. So theres a crappy Wrangler sitting right next to me so i say how much u selling that for shocking this lower model was being sold for 8000 more than my showroom quality vehicle with 7k of ad-ons. Man this used to be a great place but it's just another sleazy slimey dealership like all the rest now! I was shopping for a 2016 or 2017 Grand Cherokee Limited Ed. I had done my research and talked to 3 other Jeep/ Chrysler dealerships. I decided to give Healey a try. Since I knew what I wanted and had an idea of what to expect, regarding what they would/could offer me (based on the conversations with the others sales reps), instead of going in, I decided to inquire online. I sent an inquiry. Received two emails to confirm receipt within minutes; one of them explaining how I could expect to be treated by the staff. The next morning I received a call to be told that they were confirming the receipt of the inquiry... I already knew that... it would have been a better use of time if we had started to talk numbers on the car I wanted, and about which had inquired! I was told I would be contacted back shortly. That did not happen. I called early afternoon, was told they were really busy but I would get called right back. That didn't happen either. At 4:59pm, I finally received the info about the car. The dealership closed at 5:00, so no way to play the number game. The next day, still no call. I was dissatisfied, slightly frustrated and decided that clearly Healey did not value my business, so I did not think twice and went elsewhere!! I eventually called the dealership and spoke to someone to share my experience. I was given the excuse that they were really busy, and some of their staff members called out. In all honesty, that should never be mentioned, and it surely should not be my problem! I'm certain that this is not uncommon and it absolute does not excuse their lack of professionalism and courtesy. It only, and clearly, illustrated that they did not care for my business. I expressed to the woman with whom I spoke, that it is crazy to think that they cannot be professional, nor courteous, when somebody is willing to make a purchase of over $40,000. I concluded our conversation by explaining to her that not only did they lose my business, but I would definitely never recommend for anyone to go down to Healey's Their initial email about what kind of treatment to expect is clearly not true... Do yourself a favor, drive north on route 9 and you'll be better treated at Dutchess Jeep and/ or Ruge's in Rhinebeck, this is where I would recommend you go. Dont trust, too sleazy Wanted to buy a used Nissan pickup truck, that was in their online ad - when i saw it on their lot I was disgusted! it was dirty, dented and damaged - noting like the photos online- But they salesman promised me that it would be like new when i pick it up, so I started the paper work to purchase the truck..... Very pushie and arrogent sales people , they try to keep you there as long as possible, to sell you on a NEW car, by discrediting their own used cars... Waste of my time, sitting around waiting for a "credit manager" to approve me, spend 2 hours here !!!! & they get insulted when you try to dont haggle on price!!! WOW what a major mistake !!! The "credit manager" ran my credit soo many times with different financing companies that it actually LOWERED my credit score because of all the credit inquires. -- he said he was trying to get me a "better rate" from different creitors. -which he wound up NOT doing ( 11% APR my ass) When I came back to test drive the truck, & to see if they "cleaned up and repaired" the truck I was gonna buy - I was appauled - It was "run thru the car wash" ( apparently at high speed) the taillights were FULL OF WATER, the seats were still dirty, the floor mats were wet, the damaged bumper and tailgate were not repaired as promised, and it now smelled of wet dog. Stay away from their service department at all costs. I brought my Chrysler 300 in for a re-call that ws suppose to be free of charge because I was still under warrenty. After keeping the car for three days they texted me that I needed $1,100 in repairs. I said," don't do anything, I'm coming to get my car". When I arrived they still charged me $136.00 for " diagnostics"....something I never asked for. They lie, they price gouge and they are unethical , money hungry, bad people. Terrible customer service. Took my work van there for service amd 2 recalls . After having my van for a week only one recall was fixed. My work van sat there not being taken care of while other cars amd walk in were placed ahead of WORK van. Kept getting told they would have an answer for me amd never got one. Finally after losing a week of business I had to pull from there amd take to Dutchess Dodge. I had been a Healy brothers customer since 2008 mostly Hyundai but after this and seeing how they treat the working man I will never return. I have been a lease customer of this organization multiple times over the past 22 years. Overall satisfaction with individual transactions have varied during that time. When my current lease, a 2020 Jeep Compass continued to have battery issues then finally died, I called this establishment to see if my Jeep was still under warranty. Strangely I was not given an immediate answer, only "since the lease was about 2 years and 4 months in effect, that it probably was". I asked what to do next and was told multiple times to call roadside assistance. When I asked when it would be taken care of, I was told that they could probably get me in about five days. Obviously, it is totally unacceptable to be without a vehicle for that lengthy period of time under any circumstance, more so especially with my personal situation at the time. I chose to immediately rectify the issue by getting the battery replaced by a local repair establishment the following day. I then forwarded the bill to my leasing agent the next day for reimbursement. I received a call the following morning and was told by him that oh, you were supposed to bring it to us for repair. I said no, I could not wait for you to take five days to replace my battery which is still under warranty. The Agent said he was going to talk to his service manager then get back to me. He did call back, but not to do the right thing and provide reimbursement but to try and get me to come back in to lease another vehicle which would have provided zero benefit to me but only benefit the dealer and agent. I never again heard anything back from anyone at this dealership ever again except about 5 months later, again to see if I wanted to turn my current lease in early. They had NO interest in taking care of a customer and doing the right thing. I called the dealer main phone number and asked for the email addresses and phone numbers of the 2 principal owners, Paul & Dwight, I was informed that they are not directly reachable. I filed a complaint with the BBB which the dealer ignored. I then filed a complaint with NYS Attorney General and their first letter to the dealer was ignored. The second AG notice was finally responded to by Healey GM Chris Bellatoni. In his response, he stated that the battery warranty was for 2 years and that the dealership would take NO action to resolve. Finally, after seeking guidance from Jeep, they informed me that battery warranty was in force for 3 years or 36,000 miles, not for only 2 years as stated by Mr. Bellatoni in his response to the NYS ATTY General. Unlike all Healey personnel, the Jeep customer service team acted with complete professionalism and in less than 10 days, I received full reimbursement by them plus an extra stipend. They also thanked me for being a Jeep customer, the complete opposite of the attitude of the dealership. When I think about it, why would anyone want to do business with an organization where its principal owners are directly unreachable, its salesforce is unethical, and its management is uninterested in taking care of its customers. read more

Hoo boy... Things started off simply enough. I sent Sales Manager Mr. Chris Bellantoni a simple request: What is your current selling price before any rebates and incentives are applied on a particular Jeep Gladiator that he had in stock? He replied fairly quickly with a price that included rebates, so we were off to a great start. I was looking to lease this particular Jeep, so I sent him my proposal including the selling price before rebates I was looking for, the rebates I qualified for, and the leasing bank's residual and money factor for the terms I was interested in. I even included all the taxes and fees too. At this point even a dealer with a room temperature IQ would know that they are dealing with a potential customer who understands leasing and numbers. Mr. Bellantoni replied telling me that he he was giving me an incredibly aggressive number due to "everything going on in the country". I'm assuming he was talking about Coronavirus/COVID19. He quoted me a number that was HIGHER than what the lease should have been with absolutely ZERO dealer discount. When I politely declined this "aggressive offer" and pointed out what a lease would look like at full sticker price and that his "aggressive offer" was actually higher, he proceed to block my email address. Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge and Ram dealers get an awful reputation because of guys like this running stealerships. If you know what you are doing when it comes to buying a car don't even waste your time. If you are inexperienced please for the love of God run as far away as you can. I don't even want to know what kind of prices they give people who don't understand this kind of stuff. If we can't make a deal, that's fine. If you try to insult me with an absolute garbage offer, I'm insulted. But when you try to invoke a national health crisis to show me how great the deal is that you are giving me when it's absolute trash, that's just disgraceful. read more

today 11/7/19 9am appointment to have key fobs programmed to my vehicle.roberto the service writer checked me in and i had a seat in the waiting room. one hour later roberto told they are having a problem with the keys.they would not program.so i paid the bill and left.when i got to my car i noticed two creases under my right tail light.so i went back in to speak with roberto.he said he would get the service manager jeff roscino.now,i clearly know there was bumper damage on the bumper,i purchased the vehicle like that. so jeff roscino came to look at my damage.i said to jeff someone creased my vehicle under the right tail light.he said immediately that no one there did this.he said that was part of the lower damage.well that is as good as calling me a liar to my face.i was upset .jeff said that was part of the bumper damage.so i said what the #$%^% does the bumper damage have to do with the fresh creases above it.he said nasty don't yell at me i will walk away.so i said then walk away.so i put a call to paul healey sr and awaiting his call.also i wanted to add the place is over crowded and very conjested, no where to park. read more

On my way to a dealership far, far away to look at a Jeep and saw a similar Jeep Wrangler on their lot (Price on window was much higher though). I went in and met with Nicolas StPierre and after a short negotiation with him and his manager the deal was done. No stress, no hard sell and good coffee. I also got a great deal on financing from Steve Villosio who fully explained all of the usual dealers products available. I bought a car here way back in 2003 also and that was a good experience so yes, If they have the car type of car I want I would go back. read more

Do not come here! Worst experience! I was supposed to be a new customer coming to look at a car. I placed an appointment so the car would be ready for me to see when I come later that week. Once I arrived the staff didn't know where the car was and had to look for it between departments (sales/service). Once they finally found it it wasn't clean and it wasn't ready to go. There was a cracked windshield and a dent in the back hood that they supposedly found out about. And when I told them if they were going to fix it they told me that I would have to pay for it and add it to the listing price online. The staff were not acomidating what so ever. And they didn't want to work something out for the car. The manager was very strict to what there supposedly asking price is and didn't want to lower it even though there was damage to the car. read more

I brought my 2012 Dodge Journey crew in to repair the Audio & Blue Tooth connection. I called to ask how much the cost would be and NO WHERE during this conversation was I advised that they would be a flat charge of $125 an hour to check the system. Well, needless to say that after waiting for over 4 hours. They were able to fix the Audio, but said they need more time to see what the issue was with the Blue Tooth connection and it would cost me another $125! That is RIDICULOUS!! I had to ask the front desk what was going on, as NO one informed me. You would think that after 4 hours of sitting there, they would be able to rectify the other problem. Glad the audio to the radio was fixed (loose connection), but disappointed with the overall experience. read more

What a joke. My girlfriend and I went in to buy a 2011 Subaru Legacy that we were 'pre-approved for' after almost 2 hours of searching including walking the lot with the sales rep, we couldn't find the car. Nobody at any one of the seven locations had any idea where the car was. The sales rep then proceeded to try to get us to commit to an ugly Jeep Liberty. We left there completely let down and disappointed in every aspect of our experience there. I would recommend getting punched in the face by Tyson before I'd recommend buying anything from this dealership. Then Natasha, a 'customer service representative', calls me to thank us for our visit and after being told what an awful experience we had, she proceeds to place me on hold and after maybe 30 seconds hands up on me. I think it is important for a person to speak out when they feel they have been wronged. I am going through a six-month long ordeal with Jeep Healey Beacon--#everydaysexism. Bottom line is: Women are treated much differently, insignificantly, if you will, in the car business. This has been clearly evident in my relationship with Jeep Healey Beacon, and now it is my responsibility to share these events with all of you. I leased a 2018 Jeep Compass in October of 2017. The salesman was underwhelming. As I asked about different features, his response was, "This is a new model, we don't know much about it..." I had to return to Jeep Healey Beacon when I felt my car "pulling" to the side of the road. As it turned out, it was a feature that the salesman never explained. On that day, October 9, 2017, the GM asked me quite shockingly, "He never explained this to you?" Still, I was looking forward to driving a vehicle that could brave the harsh winters here in New York. The car began having problems within weeks of my leasing. Specifically, upon reversing, the system gets "stuck," and the screen will do one of two things, turn an electric blue and then switch to the backup camera where it will stay until I restart the car. Or, it will do a flip-flop and change from electric blue to the backup camera back to blue and then to the backup camera again. I brought the car in on October 21, 2017 where they verified the issue and changed the entire radio system. The car was in Jeep Healey service until November 2, 2017 this time. It happened yet again. I continued to video the issue, as the problem is intermittent, and can be hard to capture on an everyday basis. As a result, I took the car to Jeep Healey service on November 6, 2017 where the car stayed until November 28, 2017. This time, they could not duplicate the issue. I have found this word "duplicate" very easily thrown around at Jeep Healey, a cop-out, which they use to mean not our problem. I was told to pick the car up, so I did knowing full well the problem would occur again. At this time, I left a message for the GM to contact me, and he never returned my call. Sure enough, on March 1, 2018, the same problem occurred. I took another video and sent it to Jeep Healey. While waiting for their response, which wasn't coming, I took it upon myself to contact the Jeep Headquarters. They got back to me within a day or two and an executive began to work with me. On March 5, 2018, the car was returned to Jeep Healey and it has been there ever since (today is April 3, 2018). The executive, who has been working as a liaison between Jeff, the service manager, and me, asked me to go to Jeep Healey to meet with a tech. I went to Jeep Healey Beacon on Good Friday, and once again, was treated in an arrogant manner by Jeff. He even told me that the executive never told him I was to see a tech and I was to take the car home. Furthermore, he proceeded on telling me how many years he has been in the business and that in all his years he has seen about four successful lemon law cases. I thought, "Why would he say that? To further impress on me that I might be stuck with this defective vehicle?" He did, however, confirm the issue, and said, "Oh, we know there is a problem with the car." When I asked him what he thought it was, his response was, "A wiring issue..." He followed that up by telling me that there was nothing more that the service department could do because they were unable to duplicate the issue. I then questioned, "Jeep Healey sold me a defective car...shouldn't they take accountability?" He informed me that I could possibly make another deal with the GM, but it would cost me more money. Jeff finished with, "Corporate could get you out of the car." I bought a car in good faith from Jeep Healey, and they have failed me, both in the quality of their product and the manner in which they have dealt with me, the paying female customer. On March 31, 2018, I called the GM and left a message. This time, after six full months---SIX MONTHS of videoed issues, I left a message that I would be writing reviews of Jeep Healey Beacon and that I was offended by the way I have been treated. I continued to take home a defective car time and time again. After my message, I received two call backs from the GM. I called back when I was available, he was in a meeting. He called me back and explained that Jeff, the service manager, was with him in case we had any technical questions. I very loudly said, "I do not want to talk about technical issues! I want help with this problem!" Do the right thing by your customers, stand by your product, support your female customers. I am a dedicated full-time educator of 20 years, who believes in doing what is right, and in sticking up for myself in times of injustice. This is one of those times. Furthermore, it is important for corporations to take ownership of their mistakes and to work on behalf of all of their customers. read more

This dealership is the BEST dealership in the hudson valley. I have so far leased 3 cars from here ( two ram 1500's and now a jeep wrangler unlimited). All I can say is that this dealership treats you like FAMILY. Whatever problem you have they correct it right away. I have had three fantastic buying experiences with the super salesman MANNY ROBALO. Never once did I feel I was being pushed into anything I didnt want and he made sure that I was absolutely satisfied at the end of the deal. I absolutely refuse to go anywhere else. Never been a Jeep before so I decided to come look before I traded in my Acura TLX. The sales person acted like I was bothering him the whole experience. We test drove a Grand Cherokee and he explained NONE of the features to me or talked to me the whole test drive. The car was nice but the experience was horrible.
