Amazing brewery in Enumclaw! Stopped by on our way back from a hike and this place dint disappoint. They have a burger food truck which server nice burgers and finger food that pairs well with the beers. The brewery itself is large with huge indoor seating and outdoor seating. We ordered their strawberry blonde, blueberry hefe, oktoberfest lager, stouts, red beer and diamond beers - so basically almost everything they had to offer and we loved it. Their fruit flavored beers were a crowd fav for sure. This place is both kid & dog friendly. There is ample parking on the street and in the lot across. All in all loved this brewery and will make this a mandatory pit stop when in the area hiking. Cheers.

Hands down one of my favorite bars. The staff is friendly and helpful, the drinks are incredible, and the burger truck outside has one of the best gluten free burgers I've ever had. It's a very laid back, social, fun place to hang out.

Great service and drinks. Was recommended this place by friends from a local watering hole in Orange, CA.

Greetings. Always love a business that has a dog, Great Dane, to great you! Wonderful place and selection of beers. Stopped by after touring Enumclaw stores. What a large variety of beer selections. Had many drafts and beer to go. Ordered food from Stacks food truck sat down outside for a cider and beer. Lovely outside area which everything was clean and staff was fabulous. Loved this little gem.

We stopped here on the way from Mt. Rainer to Seattle. They have a burger food truck in the parking lot, so if you need more substantial food than what they have here, you can order from it and eat it in the brewery space. When I visit breweries, I love getting a flight so I can try a handful of their beers and or ciders before deciding to have more. My flight includes the Light Jumbleberry, Strawberry Blonde, 1110 Citrus Blonde, Paradise IPA, aVeazie Juciy IPA. Try it all!!!

Their Citra IPA is clearly a staple and for good reason, they also have a few Hazy IPAs and Sours to mix it up.

The guy working the bar was attentive and got us our food from Hangry Bird next door. The stout was not to my taste. There was nothing wrong with it, but I wanted some darker, toastier notes and less chocolate, but the Mexican ale hit it. Well made, and the lighter sweetness hit the spot with the tacos from next door. I don't know if it was brewed with corn, as many Mexican beers are but it tasted that way with smooth, sweetness that didn't bite. Unfortunately, I only got a shot with my stout.

Has around 6 taps and you can see the brewing operation just behind the servicing that is really cool six 250-liter (66 gallons) serving tanks. As for the beer they have a cross section of typical brews from a Mexican lager, Kolsch, Red Ale and a few signature beers. We tasted 5 of the beers and all were solid and freshly brewed. There was a menu and spotted some fried rice with a fried egg on top that we had to order since my wife is from Japan. The food passed her test and beer and atmosphere was A++. There's a few breweries, wine bars and distilleries within walking distance so definitely try a few of them when visiting Enumclaw.

Solid 3.5 overall…read more We like this place but I probably ordered the wrong thing on the menu - the vermicelli bowl with peanut sauce and the nuac Cham sauce. While the salmon BLT and grilled turkey sandwiches were fine, the bowl was not. The nuac Cham sauce had no fish sauce or taste and the peanut sauce did not taste like peanut sauce and was super thick. It was a bit weird with pickles at the bottom. Normally, the dish has jalapeño and the cucumbers are cut in strips v. Slices. The noodles seemed overcooked. The Portions are decent. We give the sandwiches 4 stars but the bowl is a 3 for taste. Everything else is good- service, average noise. Street parking but fairly easy to find a spot close by.

The poutine is what we started with, the fries were piping hot, the gravy was rich and delicious, and did I mention there was bacon jam in there? Since we had the poutine as an appetizer, we opted to get salads instead of the side fries for our burgers and sandwiches. I have to admit this is one of the most impressive side salads I've ever had. The greens were so fresh! On special they had their homemade clam chowder which checked all the boxes, it had a great balance of meat to potato to herb. I will be dreaming about this for the rest of my life. If you see it on special you need to get it. My group ordered the mushroom burger, the the bacon jamburger, and the French dip which we split three ways. And when I tell you we fought over keeping our own. I am not lying. The burgers were juicy, the toppings were generous and well balanced. The French dip had roast beef that just melted in your mouth. For the first time. I don't think I needed the au jus. One of my party ordered the truffle gnocchi with wild mushrooms. I don't know how, but it was somehow light, not too rich, and the gnocchi soft pillows had the perfect fluffy texture. We did have to take most of our food home because the portions were generous. And somehow the gnocchi reheated. Well. I'm going to call that a miracle. All in all, if you're anywhere near Enumclaw you need to go here. We made the trip from Puyallup because my dad could not stop raving about the poutine. Next time I'm in town. I will be back!

The vibe is laid-back and welcoming. Every server we interacted with was smiling and genuinely friendly. It really added to the atmosphere. You can tell the staff enjoys working there, and that kind of energy is infectious. Now, the food: the burger was exactly what I crave when I think of a good, old-fashioned burger. Nothing over-complicated, just juicy, well-seasoned beef, melted cheese, and a toasted bun. It was cooked just right, with that perfect balance of savory and juicy. Simple, but executed beautifully. On the side? Two absolutely gigantic onion rings that were golden, crispy, and sweet. The batter had a light crunch without being greasy, and the onions inside were tender and flavorful. Basically onion ring perfection. The mozzarella sticks were another standout. Hot, gooey, and with a satisfying cheese pull that was honestly Instagram-worthy. Crispy on the outside, melty on the inside. Exactly how they should be. I wouldn't recommend the cocktails. They were trying too hard with a fancy mixology vibe that didn't quite land. But the beer? Cold, refreshing, and just right with the food and the atmosphere. Why go? If you're looking for a relaxed spot to hang out, enjoy a game, and eat some really solid comfort food, this place delivers. It's the kind of place you leave full, happy, and already planning your next visit.

You'll feel like you're at a big rowdy backyard cookout (don't you DARE call it a BBQ unless yer smokin' meats) that you just stumbled into. The man running the taps, who I can only assume is the owner, is boisterous, friendly, and ON TOP OF THINGS. He'll ask you what you normally drink, give you some samples, and hook you up with the right beer. I tried to give him a card and he just said "just let me know how many you've had before you leave, I trust you!". You really feel like you're at some sort of family get together. Oh, and the views of Rainier from the patio are stellar! Unlike almost all other breweries in the PacNW, this one is not stocked chock full of insufferable, apathetic, hipster and post-hipster types. The crowd here is largely blue collar: truckers and farmers, Carhart and coveralls, construction workers and men-at-work signs. Which, again, is refreshing for a brewery. Beer is for everyone, not just beardos at coffeeshops with macbook pros that "work in tech". My only qualm is that I feel like the beer is just OK. It wasn't bad or anything, but it also didn't blow me away. Most of the beers were a little too much on the sweet and malty side (even the IPA) for what I usually like to drink. (which is stuff that is really pale, dry, and bright) The irony of my sounding like one of those disaffected beer bro stereotypes I just criticized earlier in the review is not lost on me though so...take what I say with a grain of malted grain.

I don't know if it's there all the time, but when I stopped in, there's a Mexican food truck in the front parking lot. Once you've seen it it not hard to miss, as it's the only shop with all the doors wide open and a good sized covered patio area. Walking through the entrance, the decor stands out right away, growler jugs, hanging from the ceiling from breweries from all over the country, along with a lot of cool animal wood sculptures and memorabilia for honoring Veterans and history. I believe the bar tender was also the owner or one of them? Very friendly and helpful with the selections. Taking time to answer questions, even on a surprisingly busy Thursday afternoon. Lots of seating throughout the inside and on the patio area. They specialize in unfiltered brews, which I like, as it gives a full flavor to most beers you may not get, if they're over filtered, another one of those balancing acts that those workers of brewing magic deal with. I started off with a Amber lager, full tasting with the crispness of a lager, a flavorful change from the usual amber ales. The place had a cool old dudes vibes due to all the memorabilia and the old van in the shop, but definitely wasn't just an old dudes place, as a few of the younger crowd was enjoying a brew while working remote. Plan on a return trip on a weekend to check out the weekend vibe, try the food truck, and more of their tasty unfiltered beers. I also tried their Red Ale, which was also robustly flavored and went down smoothly. Gotta love those reds! A fun stop while passing through or coming back from some of the beautiful hikes in the area. Definitely have their own style and niche well done. Happy Yelping and Cheers!

We both ordered the burger special which was a bacon bleu burger which comes with waffle fries. The waffles fries are fantastic, and an underrated fry choice, IMO. They were hot and crispy. Burgers were loaded but the knock on them was that they were over cooked for both my wife and I, while also being small compared to the bun.
