I got a 1 hour deep tissue massage with Heather. She was very nice, and did a nice job addressing my back pain. While she didn't use as much pressure as I prefer on my back, she did address the pain by also working on my lower body where bad posture and tightness can contribute to the pain. Today I called on my way due to traffic on I-75 and would arrive a few minutes after 2PM. To my surprise the man on the phone told me I didn't have an appointment!!! I explained the calls I made and when yet he told me I should have known I didn't have an appointment if I didn't receive a text message. What???
