If this NP doesn't like her job, should find another job. It was evident by her body language and lack of empathy she was not happy to see another patient. We asked for liquid antibiotic and she ordered pills, just an overall not a compassionate visit. The ones provided by my surgical center were not great, so someone suggested getting better quality and told us Access had a great selection. They do, by the way. They have every type of compression sock/hose you could ask for. However, that alone doesn't warrant a 5-star rating. What does warrant a 5-star rating is outstanding service! We've been there twice, and both times one of the employees followed us back to the compression hose section in the back to help us sort through options. They listened and were very knowledgeable, and on top of that, they went to the trouble of measuring my legs to make sure we got the correct size! That is super important because some of these things are pretty expensive ($40+), and if you open the package, they are not returnable (understandably). Looking around the facility on our way in and out, it looks like they have a pretty big pharmacy as well as a selection of general drug store items, as well as some bigger durable medical equipment (walkers, canes, wheelchairs, etc.). I hope I don't have to shop there for any of that stuff, but if I do find myself needing it, I will definitely check with them first!

When I handed the pharmacist my insurance card and the discount information, I feel certain that they didn't even try to run the discount. Just my insurance. The prescription is several hundred dollars a year (not covered by my insurance as it turns out) and when I ask about the discount, they say that they have no clue what I'm talking about. The cashiers are ALWAYS involved in some personal conversation or drama. Every time I have been there. They don't greet guests in a friendly way and their responses to google reviews are downright HOSTILE!
