This is the second time since April that I have driven up there when I have received automatic…read morephone calls from them saying my prescriptions were ready to be picked up - and not only was the prescription not filled, but they claimed they never received it. However, the call was very clear as to what the prescription was and the phone call messenger would not have known what it was had they not received the prescription from the provider. What happened last time was 24 hours later they called me again and said it was ready. I drove back up there. They had the prescription, but it was not ready. I'm not doing this again . There is very seldom someone at the front of the store to help you. There's self checkouts. I have been in that store and shopped and checked out and never saw an employee. If this is what they considered to be good customer service they are highly delusional. I will not be back and I am going to tell everyone I know not to use this CVS.

I don't expect to be wowed for Walmart pickup, but today I was thanks to a wonderful worker, Rissa. She approached my car with a huge smile, and when she noticed I had my small dog with me, she asked if she could give her a treat (a small Milkbone). Of course, my dog was very pleased by this sweet gesture, as was I. Rissa then proceeded to gently load my groceries into my car trunk and asked if I'd like the bread with me so it didn't get damaged. I've yet to see this level of thoughtfulness at a pick-up, and it was much appreciated. Thank you, Rissa, for your exceptional customer service and care. You made my (and my little dog's) day!

Apparently they suddenly decided that my prescriber was "out of network" (the same one I've used for the entire year) didn't explain what that meant and ignored when I asked "what changed." Oh and the pharmacist also tried to hang up in my face when I asked, but forgot to press the button and I heard her talking crap about me to her coworkers...so yeah don't go here unless you're looking to have a bad experience.

There has been a few times (very few) we had to use another pharmacy because CVS could not get the medication. He said he did not care and that he has the final say.

The…read moreCVS is located in target and even though without a drive-through they make up for it with friendliness, professionalism, and patience to take time to make sure you understand everything. I have been coming here for years and have never had a complaint. All the staff at this pharmacy are friendly and have a calm demeanor even when it's crazy busy and you know they're short staffed. Plus target sometimes give you gift cards for using the Pharmacy. It's a free five dollar surprise every once in a while.

I visited this particular CVS in search of some deals. They had a good stock but NOTHING is marked,…read morepriced, or advertised. The deals that were in the weekly ad weren't on the shelves so it was confusing, especially coming from two other CVS in the area that did take the time to put their sales up. Even some clearance products weren't labeled but everything rang up correctly. It is also crowded. The manager did my transaction and he was very friendly too. It's an alright store but I prefer other CVS' to this one.
