I just had a TKA a little over a month ago, and for those in the know, a TKA patient has to wear…read moretorture devices called compression hoes for over a month! The ones provided by my surgical center were not great, so someone suggested getting better quality and told us Access had a great selection. They do, by the way. They have every type of compression sock/hose you could ask for. However, that alone doesn't warrant a 5-star rating. What does warrant a 5-star rating is outstanding service! We've been there twice, and both times one of the employees followed us back to the compression hose section in the back to help us sort through options. They listened and were very knowledgeable, and on top of that, they went to the trouble of measuring my legs to make sure we got the correct size! That is super important because some of these things are pretty expensive ($40+), and if you open the package, they are not returnable (understandably). Looking around the facility on our way in and out, it looks like they have a pretty big pharmacy as well as a selection of general drug store items, as well as some bigger durable medical equipment (walkers, canes, wheelchairs, etc.). I hope I don't have to shop there for any of that stuff, but if I do find myself needing it, I will definitely check with them first!

When I handed the pharmacist my insurance card and the discount information, I feel certain that they didn't even try to run the discount. Just my insurance. The prescription is several hundred dollars a year (not covered by my insurance as it turns out) and when I ask about the discount, they say that they have no clue what I'm talking about. The cashiers are ALWAYS involved in some personal conversation or drama. Every time I have been there. They don't greet guests in a friendly way and their responses to google reviews are downright HOSTILE!

I had previously taken another power chair that I had bought online in to have repairs, Hannah…read moreresearched it and found it still had some of the original warranty still left. David repaired it and all was fine. They had saved me a considerable amount of money so when it brok down again I decided to go back to their store for a new one. The chair has to have special features for my mother to be able to use it and it to be a benefit to her. Hannah listened to all my needs and showed me a video of the one she recommended. It was a Jazzy Air. I told her I needed it S. A. P. as my mother could not use the old one without my help. She called the supplierright away and found it in stock. She even let me pick the color. I told her to order it and she did. She said it would be a week or possibly 2. As it turned out it arrived in just 4 days. David called on Friday afternoon to let me know it was there and he was putting it together. I went down to pick it up Saturday when they opened. When I got there David explained all the features and how to operate them. He then helped me load itonto my carrier. As it was raining off and on that day I had brought my waterproof motorcycle cover with me. David helped me cover it and strap it down so I could maker it back home safely, about 45 miles from their store. I made it fine, set it up and road it around the house. Mother is ao happy and so far it meets all her needs as far as mobility and allows me to keep her here at home with mewhere she belongs. David called later that day to make sureI made it home okay and was satisfied with my Jazzy. That's calle d service after the sale. That's a 10 in my book. Now I could have made this a short sweet review about My Jazzy, but most times there's more than a short story than just a few rmarks. Sales is more than just selling a product. You must sell yourself and the service you provide. Hanna and David both do this so well. The review only ask for 5 stars, but in reality they both deserve 10's and A Pluses.
