I rented on Friday and returned on Monday, and they didn't price gouge me either! Price was VERY reasonable! When we returned the scooter, Kevin spent a good long with us letting me "test drive" The scooters! He was incredibly patient and has tons of knowledge that he is will to share! Like many, I reviewed the reviews and ordered a rental scooter. While it wasn't ready when I walked in the door - it made sense because they needed to know the height and weight of the user. But, that said, I was out the door in five minutes. The scooter was a fantastic way for my 88 year-old father-in-law to be able to tour bicentennial park and the Opryland hotel - which he wouldn't have been able to do without the scooter. Controller for Pride Chair stopped working and he easily manipulated my input so that it was not covered under warranty-purchased 6-2021. Just a total jerk- bought another today for 90.00. AAA+++ Service and SUPER CONVENIENT to Summit Medical Center! We stopped by after being diagnosed with a broken foot! No walking or even any weight could be put on the foot for 10 weeks. Kevin wheeled out a knee scooter and showed us how to use it, what to watch out for (being out at stores with transition strips on their doorways), and how to break it down to put it in the car. I am really happy with the service of this store. To me All Star Medical was far above other medical supply companies I have dealt with in the past. Trent was very helpful and friendly. The only complaint I have is that I paid for front door delivery and it was left about 25 feet down the driveway, but I am thinking that was the delivery companies laziness and not All Star Medical.
