Kevin helped immensely in securing a mobility wheelchair for my family member. He called me within an hour of sending him an inquiry about a certain mobility wheelchair. My family member lives in Florida and Kevin helped to make the probable impossible, possible by packing up the floor model ( because we could not find one) and had it delivered to Florida from Tennessee. This place is great! The guys were great! Kevin gave us great customer service! I was going to art festival and needed to rent a scooter, because I can't walk long distances. I rented on Friday and returned on Monday, and they didn't price gouge me either! Price was VERY reasonable! Like many, I reviewed the reviews and ordered a rental scooter. While it wasn't ready when I walked in the door - it made sense because they needed to know the height and weight of the user. But, that said, I was out the door in five minutes. The scooter was a fantastic way for my 88 year-old father-in-law to be able to tour bicentennial park and the Opryland hotel - which he wouldn't have been able to do without the scooter. We needed an electric scooter for my daughter. She just had surgery on her ankle. We rented the heavy duty scooter from these guys and it was a life saver. AAA+++ Service and SUPER CONVENIENT to Summit Medical Center! We stopped by after being diagnosed with a broken foot! No walking or even any weight could be put on the foot for 10 weeks. Kevin wheeled out a knee scooter and showed us how to use it, what to watch out for (being out at stores with transition strips on their doorways), and how to break it down to put it in the car. The only complaint I have is that I paid for front door delivery and it was left about 25 feet down the driveway, but I am thinking that was the delivery companies laziness and not All Star Medical.
