I refused to take 1 of their medications, I have a severe Epilepsy and there is no specialist for seizures or anything. There so if you have a seizure you're screwed.I had to stay a lot longer 12 days for not taking that 1 pill. I don't take anything that is not authorized my Neurologist. Ppl like me. no crimes besides attempting suicide were let go early so the same bad decision I did. The reason I was there was because I attempted suicide by overdosing by my Epilepsy medication. I am a glad that it didn't work because no one deserves to hurt their loved ones and self for that. This facility doesn't help with nothing. I'm with a Therapist and am doing Therapy which has helped A LOT. Even the inmates wanted to go back to jail instead of being there. There was no help at all in there, don't sent anyone there.

The only communication I received indicated that the visit would be virtual and that I could request a change if needed; however, no appointment link was provided. Five minutes before my 8:00 a.m. appointment, I called because I still had not received the link and was told it would be sent. At approximately 8:04 a.m., a nurse called to check me in. I explained that I still had not received the link and expressed concern about the process. The nurse responded that if I was "going to be difficult," the appointment could be rescheduled. When I explained that I had the right to raise concerns as a patient, the call was disconnected. I called back and was later connected with another nurse. It became apparent that she knew the first nurse and formed an opinion based on only part of the situation. She spoke over me, and when I pointed this out and informed her that she was being biased, she also disconnected the call. I have always been patient and understanding regarding cancellations, delays, and wait times, but being spoken to disrespectfully and having calls disconnected is unacceptable. I have had a great doctor at this practice, which makes this experience particularly disappointing. Respectful communication matters to me, and after this incident, I no longer feel comfortable continuing my care here. I have since reached out to a new provider. I am sharing this not out of anger, but because no patient should be treated this way for speaking up regarding a flawed process.
