I came here to get scrubs that were in a specific color. As soon as I walked in an employee greeted…read moreme and asked me if I needed any help. The store has a pretty big collection of scrubs - I found that the specific light blue color that I needed was available but in a lot of brands my size was sold out. Never the less, there is a good selection of women's scrubs (I didn't look at men's so I can't comment on this). Also, white coats, compression socks are available as well. There are fitting rooms to try on the scrubs to make sure that they are the perfect fit. The employees where kind and helped me immediately when I had a question regarding a particular brand - and I was checked out immediately.

We place an order early in the Summer, and our sons pants and shorts were the wrong size. We had…read morereturned them in July and have not received them. My wife had a terrible sales employee answer the phone who was extremely rude and certainly did not have customer service skills. Not acceptable. Now we understand that the store front is closed on Fridays for a while to give them a chance to catch up on orders. Hopefully, they catch up soon b/c I am sure there are many frustrated customers. Would be nice to have other options to purchase school uniforms. They seem to have the market... for now.

Manager can only go through new shipments, but they have another job on weekends; which makes it very difficult to do business with their current hours. I guess when you have a monopoly, you don't have to worry about customer service.
